    This has become my go-to practice when I have headache and neck/back pain, which I have had for all my adult life (I am 60) and it works almost every time to reduce or eliminate the pain. Thank you Paula!

    I have a lot of neck and shoulder issues and I struggle a lot with headache. This is my NUMBER ONE stretching series. I just love love it! Every time I take it out I'm like blah, not today. When I'm finished I'm like "why didn't I do this sooner". Sometimes I add the "yoga for neck, shoulders and upper back 15 min" from Yoginimelbourne too. Love love love

    Hi Paula! A word of gratitude and greetings from Florida. I’ve been using this particular practice over the last couple of months on a regular basis. Renovating a house got in to the muscles of my neck, shoulders and upper back. This practice balanced and restored my body each time when signs of pain and discomfort arose and I will forward it to anyone in my circle who has similar ailments!     Can't afford my chiropractor as my insurance won't cover it anymore. Thank you for being the only yoga youtuber I've encountered that truly targets the neck shoulders and upper back. I'm tall and tend to slouch sometimes plus I sleep on an Air mattress so sometimes the pain I get is unreal and I'm amazed that your videos actually help .... And they save me chiro prices that I cannot afford. You are appreciated!!

      ya chiros arent covered in Insurances in any country..they dont treat it as surgery.. Yoginimelbourne videos are the best medicine

    I pulled something in my left shoulder and neck yesterday and was in agony with spasms in certain positions. It improved overnight and this practice has worked wonders this morning- this one lived up to its title- definitely yoga magic going on. I love your neck and shoulder stretches Paula.     I’m a barista and I spend 6 hours a day standing with stiff shoulders. This worked wonders to relax the tension in my body but aslo my mind to get out of work mode and into life mode x

    I have only just started to do yoga this week to help with my self healing journey. I started with your sitting upper body video and then moved onto this one today. I'm not very flexible as I have started my journey at 41 years of age. I found this video not too difficult and has helped with tension in my shoulders. Thank you :)

    This sequence really works for me (or its magic on me), thank you so very much! After a day at work where I might not always have held my back as straight as it needed, this class actually alleviates the pain. Certainly going to practice it some more. I particularly like that this is a sequence practised standing up and that there is some stretch for the lower back as well. I'm super happy you made so many different videos for the neck and upper back area, with different length each and a lot of variation. Thank you so much for your time, energy, dedication and love for yoga, and thank you for sharing those!
