5 years later. Megalomachia is an original album from Sound Sepher - a doujin music group. I know them from all of their arranged albums of Touhou music.

Just as Jason said. There's also a Megalomachia 2, but that one is kinda hard to find since it's gonna be seven years old this Winter Comic Market.
