Yes, they are hoste by devs. If imma be honest, i just joined combat initiation just to play the update and see whats different, and then i saw aero giving out announcements (through commands) and the 100 player server suggestion, i waited for the server to pop up ad joined. I also don't have discord so idk about that one. They also did a 100 player server for V2 update but i was too late by 3 weeks
