We live in Canada and no one I know wears their shoes indoors. You take them off the minute you enter a home. The thought of dirty shoes in the house is 🤢 to me.
Here is Australia we take them off outside our doorstep then enter the home without any shoes

Some of my husbands family lives in Saint Clairsville and he grew up there. Its such a small little community and crazy to think they could have crossed paths with now successful influencers. His grandfather seems to know everyone😂
You might want to consider using olive oil with your coffee ground instead of coconut oil. Coconut oil tends to resolidify in the drain pipes after showering or washing your face and it can cause plumbing problems. It happened at our house and my husband was not pleased 🤷🏻♀️.

Talking about hair growth... I am female and i never noticed my facial hair/peach fuzz UNTIL i started using a Ginseng Moisturizer on my face and neck and now i have sooooo much peach fuzz and neck hair 🤮 BUT if you do WANT facial hair or head hair, i would recommend Ginseng Products.

I think your surgeon may have inadvertently caused some nerve damage.. it's probably a risk associated with that surgery. Nerve damage sometimes improves... and it may be worth talking to a Physiotherapist about what foot exercises could optimise that happening.. because otherwise it could deteriorate with time. We kinda collectively undervalue our feet.. but they are so important.. they take us everywhere on our life journeys...

Clear snot doesn’t mean anything, common misconception. I work in medicine. Clear vs green vs whatever color doesn’t mean anything. A runny nose doesn’t always mean sick, it could mean allergies, it could mean they stuck something up there (foreign object), etc.
she said clear snot could be allergies and your not accurate . color doesn't always indicate illness but...
green in color COULD indicate viral infection the color cant distinguish viral from bacteria BUT.... more times then not green is most commonly associated with a mild infection usually viral

I was my comment just got added suddenly but germs my father was a position and we would go into the hospitals were the sickest people in the world where he was a radiologist and I helped put up the x-rays this is back in the day when they actually had physical x-rays that went up on a dark black for a light board and I am in a dark room adult a darkened room anyway he said because you’re exposed to a lot of germs your immune system is really hyped up now I don’t know with these vaccines and stuff if kids are more susceptible but the gut health is really what determines and the vitamins and the emotional stability is really what dictates you know the balance enough sleep enough play enough vitamin D enough zinc magnesium K all these different all the different vitamins and wholesome food well kids don’t really want to eat wholesome food did rather have macaroni and cheese and so it’s really trying to avoid germs is like trying to we all have viruses and germs already in our body and the only time they peripheral proliferate is when the gut gets out of balance the gut I want to say flora and fauna or whatever the bacteria in the don’t know if it’s back to your whatever the the organisms in your gut if they get if you like when you take a penicillin or any sort of anabiotic kills off the good stuff and then you get these chlamydia or yeast infections grow and proliferate so you know what I’m saying is it taking off the shoes it really starts encroaching on other people and you think that you’re doing something good but you’re causing more stress it’s shoes and your clothes and women’s high heels in and you’re gonna wear a uniform it because you’re a Nazi ask and it becomes very stressful especially just short women they don’t like having their height I mean I’m older now so I don’t wear high heels but I remember if I went into a home and they wanted us to take her shoes off I would but I felt like they were violating my personal space I understand it over in other countries they do do that you know they had paper for walls and and mats and mats for floors so if you had shoes it might rip up the floors but anyway just thought I’d share with you because it sounds fun and nice and everything but it’s a little bit creepy and a little bit emotionally stressful to force your father into some sort of like you know when you went to a bowling alley and I handed you shoes it was like oh this is gross this is weird this is rude just a thought I love you guys maybe it’ll work for you I hope so but I think trying to avoid germs I know what you mean because when I went to a Jacuzzi when I was weak and my immune system is down I would get sick or if I went to get a pedicure even I miss it when I was really really exhausted because my job was so physically demanding but they really say that what determines health is not hand sanitizers and avoiding germs but the mental stability of the unhappiness and tone of the family of the environment because when you get depressed and you get stressed stress blocks the immune system that’s the bottom line stress blocks the immune system so if you’re having arguments and you’re having stress between the two of you the children pick up on that and they get stressed out and then it just it’s kind of just a vicious cycle so instead of trying to change something in your physical environment maybe consider changing something emotionally if you’re gonna argue you know maybe try and say wow we’re young we’re gorgeous we have all these things we have so much to be grateful for we communicate of forgiveness excepting that there the other person is never gonna do everything you want the way you want them to they’re not gonna be say or do what you want them to and once you accept that then you can be happy anyway not that you could just be a doormat you do have to ask for what you want and communicate but you’re probably only gonna get it maybe 50% or even 30% maybe not at all especially like I’m 61 my husband 75 sometimes people get really forgetful later on and you’ll just be grateful when you think wow I remember when they had hair and they were cute they were no wrinkles and they don’t drool on themselves and they didn’t you know it’s like you just have to get grateful there’s so many things as a young person that you take for granted I like the fact that you’re both beautiful to look at so when you make love it’s a sweet and beautiful thing when you get to be 75 and 61 it’s kind of a bag of bones and not much not much they are really so I’m just saying this is a lot of rambling but I hope maybe it makes sense sending you guys love lots of love you’re both so adorable I love the intimacy and honesty with which you guys share it’s really commendable and so brave and courageous 🤍🙏👍🌈🤩💜🌸🎖🫂
