I scored a 1970s FP School Desk, 1970s Playskool Building Blocks (in the original box), & 1983 Holly Hobby doll for $8 total, at my local thrift store, today. I also picked up 3 Rae Dunn kitty mugs for $1.50 total, at Goodwill, today. 🥰

My Dad used to work IBM and went to Lexington several times in the 60's for training. So there must have been a facility there. That mug is nostalgic!

I’m currently volunteering at the Downtown Rescue Center and anything vintage gets put up for auction. A few make it to the shelves though.

Lots of us nurses collect nurse figurines. They are hard to find used and less expensive so I bet they would sell well for you.
Goodwills are hit or miss. There's a two story antique mall in Lexington. Sometimes they have good vintage items, but mostly at retailers cost, not much wiggle room for resale. Also, there's a Peddler Mall in Georgetown, along with Antique shops downtown. Hope you and Mark are enjoying your stay In my beautiful state of Ky.

Smaller thrift stores are so much better for me.I never go to Goodwill.A couple of Salvation Army, St vincent De Paul,& Grace centers of hope thrift stores are so good.
