Whips By Wade : Boosted LS Cutlass

Glad I got to catch this monster finished just in time to debut at the first annual Battle Of The Best Car Show hosted by Grind City Customs. Brown Hornet is the nickname for this build. Frame off build that Features a East Coast Superchargers boosted LSX boasting 1000+ hp! All New suspension , rear end , wilwood disc brakes all the way around for added stopping power. Custom interior by West equipped with floor shift, relocated locks and window switches and audio with illuminated display. All sitting on top of a set of 26" Forgiato Wheels in a 24kt Gold finish to complement the Candy Root-beer paint job perfectly. Definitely one of the top builds to drop this summer. I would say that over 100k is a close estimate. I spent around 35k in just powertrain parts and labor.
New Engine block with trick flow heads = 10k
Labor= 1.5k
New trans w/ T-brake and stall = 4500
Kenne Bell Supercharger = 8k
Labor=1k
Aluminum = 300
Differential gear box=500
Nitrous kit with labor= 2k
Water meth injection with labor= 600
Spline upgrade = 500
Exhaust and headers = 1k
Fuel system kit upgrades for 800hp= 1k
Guages and wiring = lil 400
And thats just the stuff I remember.
I turned around and got some staggered 20 in Forgiatos for 5500. And a new pioneer in-dash for 1200.
Thats was all in 2013.
Just dropper a JL Audio system in it earlier this year....another 1600 gone...lol
I can only imagine how much labor and parts went into a frame up build. But it's clean as a MF. Got me wanting to do more...lol
