The guy on the drums, Josh, doesn't normally sing, but he does play the trumpet, tambourines and other brass instruments. Tyler does electric and bass guitars and the piano. And they're both pretty good athletes (Tyler almost got offered a spot on a college basketball team) so they do a lot flips and other stunts. They're amazing live.

Josh the drummer does sing randomly! Like he sang one their songs at a festival but the only way he could do it was sitting on Tyler’s shoulders 😂 he has severe anxiety and when he’s playing the drums it melts as soon as he hits it the first time at a show❤️ Josh has a emotional health service dog 🐕🦺 named Jim! Every album Tyler gets Josh to write one line of a song and most albums he just says his name lol I’ve been to a lot of concerts in my life and I promise that they put on the best concert I have ever seen! My son and I go to their shows it’s some thing that we can do together and we’ve been to many and they are amazing live! The clique (name for TOP fans) are super great and we just vibe❤️ you really need to experience them live!

One of my all time favorite tracks by Twenty One Pilots....when they played this live at the show in Greensboro a few years ago, man oh man, the Greensboro Colosseum was packed to the brim and at one point we all took our phones out and had our flashlights on by the request of Tyler and it was one of the most beautiful sights ever. Not one single light on in there and we could see like it was 7pm on a summer evening. It was touching to be honest. I enjoy how much YOU enjoy good music and I rarely find myself disagreeing with your thoughts. I don't think I have heard one thing off kilter with your reactions or assessments. Keep doing you dude and thanks for the love of good art and music! (I'll be honest Twenty One Pilots came into my life after having a very serious spinal injury and after leaving the military etc....Idk how many folks have had something like music or art or w/e save you from yourself but Twenty One Pilots were one thing I could turn to to lift my spirits and help pull me out of that sinkhole even though I'm still stuck in it right now and have to have more spine surgeries, at least I'm not sinking anymore and the only way left to go for me and my son is UP!) #WorldPeace and #Respecttoall

There’s a few songs that Josh Dun (the drummer) has vocals in the background of. Allegedly. But the way he plays drums is a craft. He truly puts his interpretation into it. He also plays trumpet and does a backflip on stage for holding onto you. Which is cool as fuck.
