    Lovely and concise. I had trouble with the reset button before seeing this, I didn’t see that it was actually a hole and kept pressing it with my finger! Thanks for the help.

    This looked like a good product, although the filters are very expensive .. but when I saw the size of the holes in the carbon filter oO literally the air is just passing through those holes, I mean sure the HEPA filter is super thick and that's good but why leave such holes in the carbon filter.. guess it blocks airflow aswell but I seen carbon filters that weren't like this

    Hi thanks for the very clear instructions 👍
    Just wondering if the unit is emitting an unpleasant odour from the top, even after cleaning it thoroughly, is it advisable to replace the hepa filter. (The check filter light hasn't lit up)

    You can wash the Activated Carbonfilter instead of dispose of it,
    maybe you should read the manual first.
    It also said so on Winix homepage.

    Just had ours delivered. We no longer have pets. Is it necessary to use the pet filters?... Thanks

      Hi Mark, great question! Yes, even if you don't have pets at the moment, we do still recommend using the pet filters as they can actually extend the life of the other filters, acting as a great additional first filtration stage of defence. Cheers, Russell

      If you’re in the USA Amazon has all three filters in a pack for $33. They are generic but they are exactly the same as the Winix brand.

    HOW OFTEN TO REPLACE A NEW FILTER?

    • @Ausclimate
      @Ausclimate  Před 2 lety +1

      Hello there, we recommend filter replacement approximately once every 12 months (if using all the time) or look out for when your replacement filter light goes off. Cheers
