garlic paste 1 whole
green chillies 2
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
onion 1 (medium)
Salt 1tsp tbsp
FOR REST
400g whole wheat washed and soaked for 6 hrs
200g basmati rice washed and soaked for 30 minutes
200g moong dal
Salt 1tsp
black pepper 2tbsp
2.5 ltr water
spanish 250g
desi ghee 200g
FOR TEMPERING
1 tbsp ghee
2-3 green chillies minced
ginger 1tbsp
desi ghee 200g
