Ok This is my ugliest shoes i'ver done on this channel. I disliked boat shoes. No one in my family like them. I also created 3 different looks with this shoes. Enough!

I'd always HATED boat shoes too but I recently got a pair because I wanted something classic and squishy that I could throw on with bare feet. I think they look cool with jeans when they're worn in and beat up a bit.

I think they're quite a good alternative to wearing sneakers or sandals (which I never wear!). Also, there are those with commando style soles available, so they are pretty versatile. They are a good option for the spring and summer months. Just one thing: don't wear them barefeet or with no-show socks. Always make sure you wear knee length socks with them.
