Next to your wedding video, this is my favorite installation of yours, so thank you so much for the adventure. The views were breath taking, the clothing and accessories exquisite, the impromptu concert on the steps delightful, the food looked decadent, you looked amazing (and Ali), but even more precious was Cal's reaction to it all. A month long tour of Italy is on my bucket list and this video just upped the anticipation for me. Great job!

I have started to fall in love with your channel again. When you got your house it was almost the only thing you vlog but the variations makes it all so much better and more fun. Lydia I hope you see this, I doubt it as Im late to the vid, but I find you too be a breath of fresh air. Yes your beautiful, yes you wear the best of the best, yes your hubby is beautiful and talented. And yes that is all beautiful to watch, but its both of your gratitude for your lives and experiences that keeps me coming back. Your humor, your laugh and your dedication to work bloody hard at all you do.
People sit back and comment how lucky you are, and that's fine. Your living a dream in many aspects. However my point is the two of you aren't lucky, you have both worked so hard to do and be in the situations you are. It's your motivation, the pushing yourself out of your comfort zone non stop. Dear Lydia, I'm always getting huge allergies from the mosquito bites and best and healthiest thing you can do is to press immediately an ice cube on the stich for a few minutes and cool it down! The other thing I recommend is "bite away". But cooling ist the best! I have very often slept with cool cans from the minibar on the stiches!!!

Just a simple note, occasioned by Ali always editing: people are always hazing youtubers, that they just sit on their asses, promoting brands living their lives and making money. I'm sorry but I've heard this from many youtubers, they are LITERALLY editing and working ALL THE TIME!!!! Their work take more time out of their lives than it does for a "normal" job. Obviously I can't speak for them, I am not a youtuber myself, I'm just repeating what I hear, and what I hear involves hard work, NOT sitting on their asses and making money. Unfair, don't underestimate it just because you've never done it or don't understand it.

Ugh tiger mosquito are the worst, I always have an allergic reaction to them. What really helps is cooling immediately after you get bitten en just keep cooling (e.g ice pack or ice cube) during the first day. This also helps reduce the amount of histamine (which triggers the swelling and inflammation of your skin). So taking an antihistamine and cooling right after being bitten will help a lot!
This is one of the first vlogs I really enjoyed watching after a little moment of not so much enjoying the vlogs. Maybe because you seemed more relaxed and more like yourself ? I loved every single look on this trip !

You know what girls, and maybe guys when I first started watching Lydia it was out of curiosity because she seemed so full of herself and never really showed her husband in a good light BUT once I watched more I understood what she does for a living and that she has a great relationship with Ali. If you are watching and commenting on the way Lydia talks or treats her husband you should look deeper, she is a sweet woman and I do not see Ali bothered by how he is portrayed, they enjoy joking around, it is fine to give constructive criticism but that is all, these videos are what Lydia does for a living. Be kind or be gone.

Anyone having problems with zanzare aka mosquitoes, I learnt from my uncle last year to have some roseamary close to your pillow at night or better still, brush the rosemary on your arms and legs lightly and they should stay away at night while you sleep. I was desperate! I did it. And it worked. Mosquitoes hate the smell. As well as vinegar and lemons. You're welcome lol
