RULES:
This game plays the same as regular uno, except for these changes. For a refresher of the rules, check out this video. When setting up the game, put the 4 color power cards into their corresponding stands near the playing area. The wild color character Card is a wild that may be played at any time on any card. Then you get to pick the color that resumes play.
When you play a wild color character card you take on the power of the color of the card played. Take the corresponding color power card and place it in front of you, showing everyone the power you possess. This power will stay there until another player takes it from you.
If you have the red power, then you may give your red cards to any other player you wish at any time. The blue allows you to play 2 playable cards on your turn instead of one. The green allows you, when you don’t have a playable card in your hand, to draw the top card of the deck and immediately discard it whether it is a playable card or not. Then your turn ends. And yellow protects you from any skip, reverse, draw 2, wild draw 3, and red character card played against you.
The wild color choice Card is a wild that may be played at any time on any card. Then you get to pick the color that resumes play. Whenever you play a wild color choice card, you get to choose any color power and place that color in front of you.
At the beginning of the game, if a either a wild color character card or a wild color choice card is the first card flipped, then the player to the left of the dealer may play any card on it.
At the end of the game each wild color character and wild color choice card left in an opponent’s hand is worth 50 points. - Jak na to + styl
I love UNO variants that actually let you play regular UNO with the deck

•Blue power: playing two playable cards
•Green power: discarding any top card you drew if you don't have playable cards

@@besteventclock, like I may recall, you don't want to switch turning opposite directions. The yellow power is immune to Reverse cards too.
I wished the other 3 had powers based on their colors. Maybe if you played blue cards with the blue power effect, the next player draws cards equal the the number of blues played; green, if you played a green card with the effect of the green power, skip the next player’s turn; yellow, if your opponent plays a yellow action card or plays a wild draw 4 then declares yellow, apply the effect of the action card to the opponent.
Blue sounds really good
This could be easily rethemed as a Sonic Colours UNO, changing the characters to Cube, Rocket, Laser and Drill.

This version is cool and it's about controlling the power of those cards.
Red just seems absolutely ridiculous, for example if you have it you can just suddenly win without even having to say Uno.

Except the power color cards here are even more busted!
Why only the red color power card uses its matching color? Why do the other 3 color powers not have anything to do with the color of the cards?
What if each color power does something to cards of that color?
Red: During another player's turn, you can choose to give a red card to that player.
Blue: During your turn, if you play a blue card, you can play another card that matches in number or color.
Green: During your turn, you can play a green card even if it does not match in color or number.
Yellow: You can play a yellow card to protect against skip, reverse, draw 2, wild draw 4, or red color power.
I have a question about the Yellow Power card
does it entirely block +2s and +4s? or does it pass it on to the next person?
I'm assuming it blocks them entirely, but I just want to be sure
on another note, I could see a house rule that +4s would have to act like a normal Wild if the next person has the Yellow Power
I’ve got a variant of this I’m sure ur gonna love.
Infinity war: ur goal is to have all 4 character cards and then remove all the cards from ur hand. Whenever u empty ur own hand, u gain one of the 4 powers that are unclaimed and draw 7 more cards. If there are no more unclaimed powers, u can take one from ur opponent. If u run outta cards and u have all 4 characters, snap ur fingers and you win. However, if someone snaps before you do, you gotta draw 3 more cards and keep going

Uno power grab but with busted af powers (the yellow power card here is better than all of the Uno power grab towers COMBINED)

It is easy to play!
Winner receives points as follows:
All number cards = Face Value
Draw 2, Skip, Reverse = 20 points
Wild Draw 4, Wild Color Character, Wild Color Choice = 50 points
Color Powers you possess: 50 points for each Color Power
Bonus for possessing all 4 Color Powers: 100 points
