5:15 Why and how do the wingtip vortices push the airflow down? I was taught that the induced drag was the result of the increased horizontal component of lift when AOA is increased.

We have an Air Methods at my airport. The Heli's give off crazy wake turbulence... I think it's worse than the big jets. Great vids...

The graph of D=4S would be a straight line graph, not a curve. A curve would be x2 graph. Good explanation otherwise. Great video.
