- Spanish Subjunctive is confusing for a lot of people, and it is a little bit difficult to know how to use it. That's why I have created this video where I explain to you how to use it. Also, you'll learn some of the most common phrases that trigger the subjunctive.

Wow! You explained the subjunctive so well. It is a simple conjugation but it is used in so many ways. Thanks for simplifying it.

I learned so much from this video. I realized some of the first phrases I learned in Spanish are in the subjunctive. "Que tengas un buen dia." "No hagas eso." I think a great companion video would be to summarize some verbs that frequently appear in subjunctive. For example, "esté" and "llegue" are used in several practice sentences in this video.

This is the only explanation of the subjunctive that makes complete sense to me. Everybody else makes it more complicated than it needs to be.

Excellent explanation of WEIRDO and the most common triggers for the subjunctive. I've been lazy and have not been using the present subjunctive with these triggers for years now. Thanks for the cheat sheet and I am going to memorize it for the next week.
