This reminds me of the late sixties/early seventies when my wife and I would go to smokey little coffee houses or jazz nightclubs and dance away the night. We so enjoyed the music and I cherish the memories. She's gone now but will never be forgotten. Thank you for the music and the memories.

So the day is Wednesday - 12 - 2019, I just got a job offer from my dream job, after so many applies , tiring job searches I finally got my wish come true . The morning felt like a rosy flower, I grabbed my book, wear my boots and jacket. I am now sipping my cup of Coffee sitting next to a big glass of window. It started snowing. The world has gone to a pure white cotton. Its all white and I can see beautiful shimmering Christmas trees and lights everywhere. I feel so blessed and beautiful. I hope 2020 is a year of prosperity and love to everyone. Merry Christmas guys !

I've been playing this during classes this week and it's really made a difference to the atmosphere and at times kept students quieter than usual. This is reminding me how amazing jazz music is.

I play this every Friday before my students test. Surely, it does make a difference. It warms my heart hearing them humming the tunes on the days I don't play it. It definitely makes my day go smoothly.
I teach 3rd grade and their so quiet when this is on and they actually complete their work.
It has happened in my class also. Trust me when I tell you my Lil Angels are very close to Welcome Back Kotter's "Sweathogs."
This is definitely the music I have been seeking to allow me to escape from everyday redundancy of work, marriage, household bills, and lifes struggles and consequences dealing with bad decision making past and present. It would be nice to have this music playing in my head constantly like if i was walking on the beach all day with the waves crashing on the shore. I've stated enough. Enjoy

That's exactly how I feel my brother. I grew up on 80's and 90's heavy metal and Alternative rock, it took me the longest time to really appreciate other types of music even when I was being forced, on occasions, to listen to music I didn't really care for. I worked with this old dude when I was in my late teens and we rode to work together, often over 30 minutes travel time. He played this kind of music and classics from the 50's and 60's ( "If I had a Hammer" type stuff)that I absolutely hated at the time. Now I'm as old as that dude was and here we are, listening to a much more relaxed music instead head banging.

I'm drawing a picture that is a bar scene. In it I have two bartenders, and a few people gathered around have shots. There's some pictures and paintings on the wall at this bar. Its a very lax place. I might add cigar smoke in the air a little bit. Why im saying this? Because its this beautiful soul of jazz thats helping me picture this scene.

I've never been a fan of jazz music but there's something about growing up where you just realize how good things really are if you give them a chance.
Music is life. Some people don't like it, and that's fine. But if you like it, then you get this feeling. Wether you're listening to Jazz, Hip-hop, Metal Rock, its all so good to listen to. Jazz specifically, gives you this feeling of relaxation. Or like a feeling of being cozy. It's just too good not to listen to.

The conclusion was made that all tunes could be used as "on hold" songs, thus entailing that all songs are quite boring.
