- Comedian Paul Virzi returns and talks about playing golf with Drew Bledsoe. The guys chat about the Tom Brady roast and people using teleprompters. Paul and Adam also tell stories about running into celebrities they’ve publicly talked about before sharing some ideas for TV shows.
Chris reports news stories about the Met Gala, sold-out jeans that look like they have urine on them, Kathy Hochul, a reporter barred after a weird interaction with Caitlin Clark, and a marathon runner disqualified for taking water from his dad during the race.
Lastly, Steve Guttenberg joins the show and talks about his early days of acting, starting with a KFC commercial and eventually landing a role in Diner. The guys also discuss his break from Hollywood to care for his dad and some of the actors that were up for his role in Police Academy.

Steve is such a genuinely nice guy. I know he doesn’t remember, but I bumped into him in NYC and spoke with him for a few minutes. It was right after his Dad passed. I follow him on Instagram and I knew his Dad passed and I told him that I was sorry for him. He took the time to respond in a real manner. At that moment he didn’t seem like a celebrity, just a nice, humble Man going through what we all go through in life.
I fucking LOVE the police academy movies, and love Guttenberg. CITIZENS ON PATROL!

I can always count on ACS for sanity. I 100% agree with Virzi & Adam re Baby Reindeer! You don’t typically hear that (obvious) take. I have a few friends who also feel the same way, but would never share that publicly. I found the main character unsympathetic. Diner was one of my dad’s favorite movies! Great episode.
Steve seems like a nice guy. It reminds me of the episode of Party Down (great show) he did and he plays an over the top nice guy version of himself. But maybe it's real and there wasn't much acting going on.

Can anybody confirm that a story I was told happened or didn't happen? I was told Steve Guttenberg got his start in movies when he just showed up on set when the producer was on vacation and he told the director he was in the movie. And then when the producer returned, it was too late. He was already in the movie. Then he could use it for future roles. He was in a movie. Is this true or is somebody pulling my leg?
