This is my exact problem! When I take the pics they are dark. What do u do in photoshop? to make them look so natural?
Hi :) How did you enhance / edit the colors from the unedited version to the edited version? What tools were involved? Just the basics ? (brightness/contrast/saturation/etc? ) Been tryin to edit jewelry shots but having a bit of a hard time wondering how to edit. Am totally beginner by the way and using a smartphone. 😄 am looking for a simple basic way to edit/balance the colors. (After shooting in natural light, mine look a bit dark just like in your video) Any tips would be so awesome 🙂 💓
Hi, Sofi! Not sure what she used but Lightroom is a great go-to for editing. I believe Lightroom Mobile is free (I could be wrong). I have a video on my channel for finding your editing style and another for how to edit consistently!

Great stuff like always Lizzie! Just wondering how you would do this with the 85mm 1.4? You have to be pretty far from the subject because of the minimum focusing distance
I’d suggest a tripod! And you can definitely still do this. A monitor might help you as well

I have to do a Jewelry shoot In a day or two. Can u suggest what is that one lens that I should go for for jewellery photography
I hope your shoot went well! I would suggest getting macro lenses or at least macro lens extenders so that you can get as close as you can to your jewelry.

They’re not wire cutters. They’re for ingrown toenails if you must know.

Been trying to reach out. What ever happened to the video challenge? Was the winner announced or anything? I entered the contest snd put about 2 and a half days to make my video but never got confirmation. Can someone tell me what happened? Never saw it on IG being announced on the 25th.
The winner was announced! We got so many submissions that it took longer to go through and the winners have been contacted and was posted on the 26th

Would be nice to see who won. I never got confirmation that you even got the email of the video i sent that took two and a half days to make. How do i know u even saw it? Lol dont care not winning but not even a confirmation that you at least got the video thought it was so rude. You know how long it takes to make. I looked everywhere and cant see the announcement... IG stories go away in 24 hours too in case it was announced there. Or did i miss something? Im gonna at least use the video to post in my channel on my other account to give feedback about all these.
