    Thank you so much for this Kienen, learned so much, really like your honesty. Also I messaged Mat Picardal and he said collaborating with you sounds like a good idea. So I can’t wait for that. Thank you.

    If you knew that you didn’t want to go into structural engineering, why didnt you just do a masters in construction management?

    How much of what you learned in basic engineering courses like Statics, Dynamics, etc. and even Calculus through ODE in master's level courses.
    This also applies to upper level bachelor's courses.
    Thank you!

    No degree, went to school and dropped out of growing mushrooms, now somehow a project manager for water engineering solutions... recommendations on any broad topics to better understand in terms of mathematics or physics used within a cad-type program for development?

    Is Hawaii a good place to go for construction, I’ve thought about it but it seems the cost of living is too high? Have you ever thought about transferring?

    • @KienenKoga
      @KienenKoga  Před 3 lety

      Not really because I have family here, but yes its a real thing. Luckily construction tends to pay a COLA (cost of living adjustment) that helps make up that difference a bit.

    Watcha think? Should I do my masters in Structural or in Construction Management?

    • @KienenKoga
      @KienenKoga  Před 3 lety +3

      Up to you! If youre going into structural engineering then go for that. If not its just going to be an unnecessarily difficult path to your masters
