You can't fake the excitement and passion these guys bring to playing in paper. It's a whole different vibe than watching online play...this channel truly is a gem, and I hope it continues to grow and grow.
I think if the thumbnail wants to be clickbaity, having Mengu's excited face surrounded by some of the hit cards, you guys pulled, or something like that would go even further than this one. I wouldn't worry about spoiling anything in the thumbnail, at least. Anyway, sorry about the unsolicited advice, I hope this video and channel does well! Keep up the great work!
Very nice veedeo! 🎉 Great for introducing the cards and play experience for people who are not following the spoilers so closely, but are still thinking’s of attending the prerelease 🙂. I would also like to call attention to the quality of the actual veedeo. Such a clean picture and each card is displayed in close up, so we can read it. That’s incredible, this had to take a lot of work. Good job Megu’s Workshop 👍

Mates, the best pre-release I got was from Crismow Vow, for some reason all rares were mythics... Even the extra foil!!!! The only "Regular rare" was the one that comes separeted. That was a real god pack!! It will never happen again :(

Tommi's Vengeful Townsfolk should have gotten another +1/+1 counter for a total of 2 during combat when Andrea cast Back for More. The fight trigger killed a creature, then combat damage killed another creature.
Great video thanks! I would really like if you could do a video to help make decisions during pre release. Not set specific but general guidelines. Like how much color to play, when to splash, should you build around bomb rares or average power level of color, mistakes to avoid, and of course how to decide what lands to pick for mana base. These are from the top of my head but would really appreciate a video from you o. The topic
I know you might be the exception because you're a pro, but how do you feel about recent sets and people maybe not enjoying them as much as previous sets? speaking for myself, the last couple sets really didn't get me hooked (often because the flavor was a miss for me) and WotC's pricing politics didn't help, as i mostly play limited, which means i now have to pay more per booster to play draft/sealed. I still love magic and watching your content is really enjoyable, but i fear the game just isn't made for me anymore.
I guess their target changed to people with more money than before; although we were the targets 10 years ago and now we’re still the target, just with a job and more money to spend on magic. For me personally Magic is my life so can’t really say ‘I’m not the target’. Cards are good and fun, I dislike the new frame but thankfully that doesn’t change the game much.
@@AndreaMengucci yeah, i've been playing casually since 1996, really got deep into magic around 2010/11 and that was the high point for me. I still play from time to time, but the worldbuilding feels so disconnected to me. It used to be about scifi (mirrodin, urzas), fantasy or mythology. Now sets are about 1920s gangsters and cowboys. When they tell a big story, nothing matters because they'll just bring any lost or deceased character back anyways (jace). Premodern is a really sweet format though, i am really glad you're covering that
Boros played so well but I think Mengu just had too many value black cards. This set seems like all it's archetypes are definitely going to be a step up from MKM.
