@@razor_ct I mean, exchange scale for self buff is actually a good changes, as Feixiao bis comp is dual dps where there are not that much buffs. And the new self buff also let her use speed boot and substitute atk sub stat to speed.
@@iamwayne6138 the stat redistribution is literally 18 less speed and 48% more atk. She lost less than a speed boot worth of speed and gained more than an atk boots worth of atk. The loss of speed is really not an issue unless you were trying to run her with speed boots when she had 130 speed already
@@TheNyrax She also got an extra followup attack on skill which is more damage per personal rotation AND an extra stack per personal rotation, she can now get 10 stacks in 4 of her own turns rather than 6, as well as getting bonuses from landing fuas that charge robin and topaz faster for more stacks, she is in every way buffed
but the thing u didn't see even her ult only consume 6 stack but u can trigger it twice because it can stack till 12 so basically twice ult, i personally don't like 12 ult consume cuz its animation gonna take a lot of times for some player so yeah
This is a reason why hoyo or any company doesnt like leaks. People see changes and absolutely freak out and make judgements before the character is even out. It wouldnt surprise me if Feixiao gets nerfed again, comes out, is Tier 0 broken, but people dont pull her because they saw she used to be stronger in testing. Like bruh. Dont worry about the development and testing process. Look at the end result and judge her then.

@@FD-wl7xq problem is anything can change. Leaks are nice just to get a very basic understanding of what they are like, nothing more. All I know is she is a dls character. I will wait and see if she is best for fua, super break, etc. And I don't care about her temporary numbers and kit now since it's well, temporary. I'll just judge the final result and not care about what it could've been.
For people that dont understand Feixia only real nerf was the speed. The other numbers are more an adjust, the v2 feixia has more base dage but gain stacks slower, this versions damage progress fastarde with damage buff and more stacks of the mark. They are still testing the numbers because the past version was too slow for budget teams, basically the unit was less functional if the only FuA unit in your team was her.
I've been saving for a ratio powercreep for my FuA team since robin's release, I bought one of this monthly stuff just to have enough pulls to get E2 feixiao when I saw her kit, guess I now have a lot of spare jades, I'm so fucking disappointed, like I get she didn't actually lose much dmg potential but man I loved how her kit worked before, now she feels more like just another 5*
It's really simple: If you are someone who always planned to play Feixiao as she was inteded (FUA) unit - this is not a nerf to you. This is only a nerf to you if you wanted to treat her as hypercarry, that she never was. She is literally now on pair with her E2 from V2 if you can remotely understand her changes. The only true nerf to her were her spd traces getting replaced with def (no idea what is up with that). Glad for Moze thing though as his pre-V3 kit was downright abominations and he was on his way on competing with Arlan for the worst unit spot. Him now being buffed like this is 100% deserved as this is a gacha character. Getting a single copy of desired 4* can end up costing you way more than a single limited character on that banner. For him to have been as bad as he was, was simply downright unacceptable. This is a good change for him as such.
I have the premium aventurine topaz and robin team so does that mean I'm perfectly fine with her then? Also isn't one of the big nerfs for that team being that she has lower multipliers in trade off for her % self buff which means robin provides a lot less for her with her atk buff and dmg%?

Also I have my investments in FuA so Feixiao was definitely interesting to me from the start bc she’d be easy to add in with who I’ve got. Only problem is that I also have Break teams to consider with Lingsha on the horizon.
@@MugWitch if they respond ill make sure to reply to you to ensure you get notif, FuA is also my most invested in team so was definitely interested in feixiao, but am worried about the comments that her value with robin got seveverly decreased due to lower atk ratios and oversaturation of dmg%, have been looking at the theory crafting boards and so far nobodies been able to create a concise answer, some are saying its equal power (or maybe even a buff), to the ipc team, but others are saying its far worse
Basically Feixiao is better in the premium follow up team. With faster ultimate build up. And more follow ups. She is definitely worse in a hyper carry set up with bronya which was performing well in beta.
I don't think she will be bad in a hypercarry comp at all. She can now work with more characters. She has a lot of ways to charge her stacks outside of FUA now from her skill and also her major trace. Wasn't everyone complaining how she was so FUA premium in V1 and now they changed it to be less.

@@karantej6702 I looked at some calculations made by Feixiao mains. The best team by far is still ipc but bronya and especially sparkle is more usable now and can lead to nice results.
With these changes to multipliers, Feixiao would be more easy to powercreep in the future. If u have higher multiplier but lower self buffs, it can be resolved by busted supports like Robin, Ruan mei, Sparkle. But if u have lower multipliers with higher self buffs, ur damage ceiling will be reduced as piling up more buffs with busted harmony will end up giving diminishing returns.
@alexzee4356 You can't look at jiaoqiu, Moze, and Feixiao's kits and just not realize that they work well together. The only reason robin is played with Feixiao is for the action advance and her own personal dmg. Jiaoqiu is a very universal support that is on par with the harmony supports we have access to, but people are too unwilling to accept that. Ult damage vulnerability on top of 35% vulnerability. That is more value than Topaz on a follow-up team.
@@alexzee4356Jiaoqiu was made for any ult oriented dps while having excellent general use debuffing and amazing synergy with acheron. It's like saying that black swan was designed for kafka, when she's really designed for any DoT team while also having more generalized utility as a defense shredder. The only reason you think that jiaoqiu is exclusive for acheron is because he's a nihility character, and you underestimate the value of debuffs. Jiaoqiu is much more valuable than you realize, especially once we start getting more units that self-buff.
Wouldn’t E2 Feixiao now generate stacks slower than before? Like a high investment Topaz could often fit 3 attacks or more in between FeiX turns and Aventurine can get multiple in too but since the FUA is once per turn, getting 1 FA is less overall. I suppose the ultimate is stronger at 6 stacks now though, so perhaps it is still better than getting approx 6 stacks a turn in prior.
I suppose only Feixiao’s ult doesn’t count towards stacks so she’d be getting one stack every turn using skill and the others would still be generating one stack every 2 attacks - topaz could get 2 stacks between some Fei turns, Aventurine could get 1, Fei could get 1 from skill, 1 from E2 procs, so she could get 5 a turn currently. Am I missing any? I’ve been assuming Robin is best support still with the sheer damage she adds for FUA (especially for attacks with smaller multipliers like Fei’s new FUA) but if it could round out a more consistent ult every turn, would it be worth swapping her?
@@tommyhickin4669 Robin is still basically the best support for her still. But less so. The reason robin is still so good is the advance forward for a FUA team is crazy strong. That means both Aventurine and Topaz can go again and increase potentially the number of stacks Fei xiao can get plus Fei xiao can use her skill again getting her two more stacks. Because of how compound heavy the FUA team. Robin is just crazy for that team. But it's less so now. So, you can still run Bronya or Sparkle and still get pretty good results if robin is needed somewhere else.
Moze Changes are so godlike, I'm going to be eatin' GOOD on Lingsha's banner My two fave teams are Super Break with Lingsha(I'm getting E6S1, replacing my E6 Gall), Ruan Mei, HMC, and Firefly (i have E2S1) and my Follow-Up Atk Comp Aventurine, Moze(E6, replacing my E0 Robin), Topaz, March 7th (Hunt) This banner is going to be a massive upgrade for my two fave teams :D
It's actually crazy how many people are complaining about Feixiao's SPD nerf. While I do understand the complaint regarding her traces, V3 Feixiao is still faster than literally 99.9% of all existing characters in the game so far. To put into perspective, Seele, the fastest character in the game so far, has 115 SPD. On the other hand, Tingyun, who is the 2nd fastest character, has 112 SPD. I'm pretty sure you already know what this means at this point. Just by having SPD boots, Feixiao can have almost 140 SPD, which is already huge for her. Also, V3 is more of an adjustment change than an actual nerf. Sure, Feixiao is slower than before, but she can now gain stacks faster than before thanks to her Skill triggering the FuA from her talent. Besides, she's more geared towards Dual DPS comps (especially Topaz, she eating good right now lmao), so ofc she'd feel off in hypercarry comps. It's like building Firefly as a Crit DPS and complaining that she "isn't doing enough DMG" 😂😂😂 Edit: ALSO, take note that this is NOT the final version of Feixiao. Some things may still be changed or reverted, such as the SPD trace (which I do hope that they revert), or more especially her DMG Multipliers so just look forwards for V4 Feixiao if you're still unsatisfied with the changes deslote the explanation.

In a fua team like topaz, aventurine and robin this isnt even a nerf, its actually roughly a 10% dmg increase. Also her skill now give charge for her ult instead of the 0.5 from before, as well as the fact that since she has more atks per actually (specifically her skill launching 2 separate atks) you can speed up stuff like numby and the new moze fua, leading to more ults faster leading to more dmg. Also her old ult used to do 1680% at 12 stacks. The new ult does 1400% at 6. Overall, i think it's a buff, especially with the dmg% buff and atk% buff
Was hoping for Linghsa buffs. Struggling to decide on whether to just pull Huo Huo instead of her. I need a cleanser and Huo Huo is more versatile, but I absolutely hate the 4 stars on the Huo Huo banner.

Guys, I need help with choosing. I’m completely satisfied with my Gallagher, the only other sustain that I have is Aventurine. The question is who should I pull for: HuoHuo for my DHIL and Acheron teams, or wait for Lingsha? edit: thanks for the replies, guys! After further consideration I'm now 90% likely to skip her - have other firshes to pull for 🤗
If you have a built Gallagher that is sustaining fine for you, don't pull Lingsha. Tbh, you only need 2 good sustains in the game, if you're not dying why pull for a sustain over a dps or support? All I have is Aventurine, Gallagher and Lynx and I'm good. I don't need a limited sustain when I can keep my current teams alive.
I think your Aventurine should already be better than HuoHuo for DHIL and Acheron teams, due to SP positivity and debuff respectively. And HuoHuo can only generate energy for Acheron’s teammates, not build charges for Acheron (although the attack boost and cleanse is nice, so she’d still work well overall, Aventurine will probs only just beat her out in performance at E0S0 (unless using Trend LC) so it depends how much he’s in demand by your other teams.
@@Sable813i actually have the same. i only have Aventurine, Gallagher & Lynx. Although I’m still considering getting HuoHuo because she provides Atk buff & (most especially) Energy Regen Rate. ERR is the rarest stat in the game. It can only be a main stat for a rope, and it’s never a substat on any relic or planar set. That’s how rare it is. And HuoHuo provides ERR (plus Atk buffing & healing.) She’s very universal. I won’t get Lingsha anymore as I have a really well built Gallagher. Gallagher E6 is like a secret 5* already.
Still tho she’s tied with tingyun as the 2nd fastest unit in the game and every character has 1 bad trace. This technically wasn’t a nerf and more of a way to make ppl play her as intended and not as a hyper carry unit
Her summon's Toughness Break was decreased by 33%, big decreased damage for her super break and support on help Firefly breaking boss Toughness bar, and in return they give her summon 10 bonus speed, and people are still saying it's a buff XD. Honestly, I'll just keep Gallagher if Mihoyo continues focusing on Fexiao and ignoring Lingsha like this. There’s Tingyun and other new characters in 3.0 that are definitely worth upgrading to E2
Holy thank GOD, these Moze changes are actually GOOD now. His follow ups are more consistent now and his prey mark is okay I sure hope they don't nerf him into the ground......
she doesn't benefit from FUA like Topaz or Robin does, like Ratio, you can run her in a hypercarry comp NOTHING in her kit benefits from more hits, her talent fua just attacks once every turn she takes, if they removed her talent per turn cooldown, THEN she will love fua, but right now, she just fits in both

You are speaking about some future meta coming, but what exactly? What should I be aware of when making character pulling decisions? I have pulled Seele > Jingliu > Acheron > Boothill so far as DPS characters, so I have an F2P Acheron (E0 with GNSW S2) and E0 Boothill (with Adversarial) teams, so I am thinking to invest into Jaoqiu to improve my Acheron team. Not sure it is a good idea, should I just invest into Feixiao? Is it a good idea to get E0 Huohuo now? I am now not sure of anything :(
Summon and position meta will be the next. Complete the teams you currently have (the useful ones), and ignore everything else. Strive for a team of each archetype.
Nooooooooo they nerfed the hell out of her speed…..thats bs if im being completely honest especially in the traces. My firefly is sitting at 174 speed without counting combustion state so i was hoping for another fast character, i mean she’s still kinda fast but now i need to refarm some of her relics to try and make up for the lost of speed. Sigh… not cool hoyo not cool.

She’s now less of a hyper carry and before this changes without 3 FUA units she would fail to keep her ult up and anyways the speed change isn’t bad with 140 speed still achievable and topaz and robin both buff FUA damage so her ult is being buffed so it’s a win.
I'd rather focus on building my Harmony March 7th. She's super flexible, underrated yet does the job very well. _ She can be my main dps for my break team. _ She can fit into my FUA team. _ Super SP positive unit, and at the same time buffs a certain unit effortlessly. _ Weakness break is literally not a problem to her. _ Shes fckn free, thus I can possibly just skip everything and save my jades instead for someone that is actually WORTH pulling.
The changes kinda make sense becaus she was very hard to play E0. First problem: the burst uptime was very bad and inconsistent without a lot of FuA units in your team. Second problem: She waste SO MANY CHARGES without any control, the version 2 was "balance" around the fact that she will lose many charges if you dont calculate her ult damage well. Many times she ult a unit with half HP and lose all 12 charges in overkill damage kinda ruinning your tempo. The whole "super burst" was interesting and very powerfull in theory but in practice was a mess to balance. If they make the charge calculation more optimal the unit would be beyond broken in expensive teams but still hard to use without enough 5* supports. If they not people with quickly notice how inconsistent retaining charges beteween phases was. This new version is not a 100% damage improvement but it really make her a more simple unit. She is there to throw ultimate back to back to back every 2 or 3 turns.

Welp,say goodbye to a good team if you don’t have those.I don’t so i’m skipping.I really want feixiao but I also need to finally clear MoC 12 which i need a good team.The fact that Feixiao needs limited units suck.Sure there’s plenty of f2p options but I want to clear MoC 12 and I can’t afford to get a unit that’s unstable or build 4 stars cause my march with 3k and 80/146 hits for only 30-40k at max.Any 4 star i build is garbage even with good crit and atk.It doesn’t make sense so this sucks My xueyi had double crit on all relics and yet only 80/110 with 3k atk and 120 break.She does like 40k aswell.I give up building 4 stars

I'm kinda happy for the Feixiao SPD nerf, now I have an excuse to use my cracked SPD boots. But overall I feel like she got buffed, sure her damage per screenshot is going to be lower but in exchange she can ult much more frequently which I feel is better since often you're just overkilling with her ult anyway. She also gained a lot of self buffs meaning 1) you can afford to allocate more substats into speed to compensate the loss in her base stats and 2) you can maybe even run triple dps comp with Moze and March and still hit hard

Hmm it's kinda a nerf tbh, the speed trace to def is a wtf hoyo moment they could've at least made it more of a useful trace like Eff Res to prevent some CC instead of Def but its whatever i guess. I mean self buffs is pretty fantastic imo and the build up of her Ult is much better now. But the Ult changes to 6 stacks now is 50/50 for me until I see the numbers i will withhold my opinion for now.
Still SHES THE SECOND FASTEST IN THE GAME WITH SPEED BOOTS 140 speed is ACHIEVABLE. And the ult stacks makes it better for FUA units and makes her more versatile in team lineups
Hmmm.... skipable Fei Xiao because I already have FUA team, BH, FF, E2 Clara, E1 Jade , and Acheron. I don't see FeiXiao's value in my account. LingSha is a little of a debate whether I should have both Fire abundance in 2 separate break team or not.
They probably nerfed Feixiao to not powercreep Seele too much as the speedster dps of the game. Now both of them have similar base speed and that useless Def% trace instead of speed. I like these changes.

140 speed is achievable and her damage will still put her in t0 and anyways if u have topaz and robin and Adventurine your set robin buffs FUA and so does topaz I believe. These changes were made to make her less of a hyper carry and now she can be put into more team comps than before were u pretty much need 3 FUA units to maintain ult uptime
Fexiao need too many stat now , well i will probably change my plan . Pull for Firefox bro for my acheron team and skip everything else ... fexiao need premium fua team if you want her to be really good ( with v2 version you can use march robin and lingsha and doing the job well , now ... ) And i don't have topaz and advent so skip . I will wait for lingsha tho since galla is really good overall for now

About the trace thing, every dps (minus Archeron and Bs) all have 2 good traces and one bad trace, so it's kinda fair.

I've been saving for a ratio powercreep for my FuA team since robin's release, I bought one of this monthly stuff just to have enough pulls to get E2 feixiao when I saw her kit, guess I now have a lot of spare jades, I'm so fucking disappointed, like I get she didn't actually lose much dmg potential but man I loved how her kit worked before, now she feels more like just another 5*

It's really simple: If you are someone who always planned to play Feixiao as she was inteded (FUA) unit - this is not a nerf to you. This is only a nerf to you if you wanted to treat her as hypercarry, that she never was. She is literally now on pair with her E2 from V2 if you can remotely understand her changes. The only true nerf to her were her spd traces getting replaced with def (no idea what is up with that).
Glad for Moze thing though as his pre-V3 kit was downright abominations and he was on his way on competing with Arlan for the worst unit spot. Him now being buffed like this is 100% deserved as this is a gacha character. Getting a single copy of desired 4* can end up costing you way more than a single limited character on that banner. For him to have been as bad as he was, was simply downright unacceptable. This is a good change for him as such.
I have the premium aventurine topaz and robin team so does that mean I'm perfectly fine with her then? Also isn't one of the big nerfs for that team being that she has lower multipliers in trade off for her % self buff which means robin provides a lot less for her with her atk buff and dmg%?

Also I have my investments in FuA so Feixiao was definitely interesting to me from the start bc she’d be easy to add in with who I’ve got. Only problem is that I also have Break teams to consider with Lingsha on the horizon.

With the super buff that had been given to Moze I am really very happy to this changes.
Basically Feixiao is better in the premium follow up team. With faster ultimate build up. And more follow ups.
She is definitely worse in a hyper carry set up with bronya which was performing well in beta.
I don't think she will be bad in a hypercarry comp at all. She can now work with more characters. She has a lot of ways to charge her stacks outside of FUA now from her skill and also her major trace. Wasn't everyone complaining how she was so FUA premium in V1 and now they changed it to be less.

@@karantej6702 I looked at some calculations made by Feixiao mains. The best team by far is still ipc but bronya and especially sparkle is more usable now and can lead to nice results.

With these changes to multipliers, Feixiao would be more easy to powercreep in the future. If u have higher multiplier but lower self buffs, it can be resolved by busted supports like Robin, Ruan mei, Sparkle. But if u have lower multipliers with higher self buffs, ur damage ceiling will be reduced as piling up more buffs with busted harmony will end up giving diminishing returns.
Just play her with debuffers. She's designed to work with jiaoqiu after all

The only reason robin is played with Feixiao is for the action advance and her own personal dmg.
Jiaoqiu is a very universal support that is on par with the harmony supports we have access to, but people are too unwilling to accept that.
Ult damage vulnerability on top of 35% vulnerability. That is more value than Topaz on a follow-up team.

The only reason you think that jiaoqiu is exclusive for acheron is because he's a nihility character, and you underestimate the value of debuffs.
Jiaoqiu is much more valuable than you realize, especially once we start getting more units that self-buff.
Wouldn’t E2 Feixiao now generate stacks slower than before? Like a high investment Topaz could often fit 3 attacks or more in between FeiX turns and Aventurine can get multiple in too but since the FUA is once per turn, getting 1 FA is less overall. I suppose the ultimate is stronger at 6 stacks now though, so perhaps it is still better than getting approx 6 stacks a turn in prior.
I suppose only Feixiao’s ult doesn’t count towards stacks so she’d be getting one stack every turn using skill and the others would still be generating one stack every 2 attacks - topaz could get 2 stacks between some Fei turns, Aventurine could get 1, Fei could get 1 from skill, 1 from E2 procs, so she could get 5 a turn currently. Am I missing any?
I’ve been assuming Robin is best support still with the sheer damage she adds for FUA (especially for attacks with smaller multipliers like Fei’s new FUA) but if it could round out a more consistent ult every turn, would it be worth swapping her?
@@tommyhickin4669 Robin is still basically the best support for her still. But less so. The reason robin is still so good is the advance forward for a FUA team is crazy strong. That means both Aventurine and Topaz can go again and increase potentially the number of stacks Fei xiao can get plus Fei xiao can use her skill again getting her two more stacks. Because of how compound heavy the FUA team. Robin is just crazy for that team. But it's less so now. So, you can still run Bronya or Sparkle and still get pretty good results if robin is needed somewhere else.

It's actually crazy how many people are complaining about Feixiao's SPD nerf. While I do understand the complaint regarding her traces, V3 Feixiao is still faster than literally 99.9% of all existing characters in the game so far.
To put into perspective, Seele, the fastest character in the game so far, has 115 SPD. On the other hand, Tingyun, who is the 2nd fastest character, has 112 SPD. I'm pretty sure you already know what this means at this point. Just by having SPD boots, Feixiao can have almost 140 SPD, which is already huge for her.
Also, V3 is more of an adjustment change than an actual nerf. Sure, Feixiao is slower than before, but she can now gain stacks faster than before thanks to her Skill triggering the FuA from her talent. Besides, she's more geared towards Dual DPS comps (especially Topaz, she eating good right now lmao), so ofc she'd feel off in hypercarry comps. It's like building Firefly as a Crit DPS and complaining that she "isn't doing enough DMG" 😂😂😂
Edit: ALSO, take note that this is NOT the final version of Feixiao. Some things may still be changed or reverted, such as the SPD trace (which I do hope that they revert), or more especially her DMG Multipliers so just look forwards for V4 Feixiao if you're still unsatisfied with the changes deslote the explanation.

It's really not that deep, only problem was the spd tbh. She'll still be braindead to use.
In a fua team like topaz, aventurine and robin this isnt even a nerf, its actually roughly a 10% dmg increase. Also her skill now give charge for her ult instead of the 0.5 from before, as well as the fact that since she has more atks per actually (specifically her skill launching 2 separate atks) you can speed up stuff like numby and the new moze fua, leading to more ults faster leading to more dmg. Also her old ult used to do 1680% at 12 stacks. The new ult does 1400% at 6. Overall, i think it's a buff, especially with the dmg% buff and atk% buff
The feixao nerfs decrease my hesitance to summon for jiaoqui alot. Now it looks like jiaoqui would have more value for my account..

I think your Aventurine should already be better than HuoHuo for DHIL and Acheron teams, due to SP positivity and debuff respectively. And HuoHuo can only generate energy for Acheron’s teammates, not build charges for Acheron (although the attack boost and cleanse is nice, so she’d still work well overall, Aventurine will probs only just beat her out in performance at E0S0 (unless using Trend LC) so it depends how much he’s in demand by your other teams.
@@Sable813i actually have the same. i only have Aventurine, Gallagher & Lynx. Although I’m still considering getting HuoHuo because she provides Atk buff & (most especially) Energy Regen Rate. ERR is the rarest stat in the game. It can only be a main stat for a rope, and it’s never a substat on any relic or planar set. That’s how rare it is. And HuoHuo provides ERR (plus Atk buffing & healing.) She’s very universal.
I won’t get Lingsha anymore as I have a really well built Gallagher. Gallagher E6 is like a secret 5* already.

Her summon's Toughness Break was decreased by 33%, big decreased damage for her super break and support on help Firefly breaking boss Toughness bar, and in return they give her summon 10 bonus speed, and people are still saying it's a buff XD. Honestly, I'll just keep Gallagher if Mihoyo continues focusing on Fexiao and ignoring Lingsha like this. There’s Tingyun and other new characters in 3.0 that are definitely worth upgrading to E2

if they removed her talent per turn cooldown, THEN she will love fua, but right now, she just fits in both
She gains 1 stack of her ult per every 2 ally atks, and her ult is considered a fua, so yes, her best team is IPC fua

I have pulled Seele > Jingliu > Acheron > Boothill so far as DPS characters, so I have an F2P Acheron (E0 with GNSW S2) and E0 Boothill (with Adversarial) teams, so I am thinking to invest into Jaoqiu to improve my Acheron team. Not sure it is a good idea, should I just invest into Feixiao? Is it a good idea to get E0 Huohuo now? I am now not sure of anything :(
Summon and position meta will be the next. Complete the teams you currently have (the useful ones), and ignore everything else. Strive for a team of each archetype.
Nooooooooo they nerfed the hell out of her speed…..thats bs if im being completely honest especially in the traces. My firefly is sitting at 174 speed without counting combustion state so i was hoping for another fast character, i mean she’s still kinda fast but now i need to refarm some of her relics to try and make up for the lost of speed.

She’s now less of a hyper carry and before this changes without 3 FUA units she would fail to keep her ult up and anyways the speed change isn’t bad with 140 speed still achievable and topaz and robin both buff FUA damage so her ult is being buffed so it’s a win.

_ She can fit into my FUA team.

_ Shes fckn free, thus I can possibly just skip everything and save my jades instead for someone that is actually WORTH pulling.

Lingsha is kinda underwhelming now. Kinda wanted her to do more toughness dmg so she can be like a healer that is secretly an erudition break dps.
The changes kinda make sense becaus she was very hard to play E0. First problem: the burst uptime was very bad and inconsistent without a lot of FuA units in your team. Second problem: She waste SO MANY CHARGES without any control, the version 2 was "balance" around the fact that she will lose many charges if you dont calculate her ult damage well. Many times she ult a unit with half HP and lose all 12 charges in overkill damage kinda ruinning your tempo.
The whole "super burst" was interesting and very powerfull in theory but in practice was a mess to balance. If they make the charge calculation more optimal the unit would be beyond broken in expensive teams but still hard to use without enough 5* supports. If they not people with quickly notice how inconsistent retaining charges beteween phases was. This new version is not a 100% damage improvement but it really make her a more simple unit. She is there to throw ultimate back to back to back every 2 or 3 turns.

I think she's better with Attk OBR now? Since her wind toughness is already zero. And her DMG base on Attk. She's a Hunt version of Acheron.
Wing dmg% has nothing to do with toughness, it just increases wind damage by that percentage. Also the dmg feixiao does in wind

I'm kinda happy for the Feixiao SPD nerf, now I have an excuse to use my cracked SPD boots.
But overall I feel like she got buffed, sure her damage per screenshot is going to be lower but in exchange she can ult much more frequently which I feel is better since often you're just overkilling with her ult anyway. She also gained a lot of self buffs meaning 1) you can afford to allocate more substats into speed to compensate the loss in her base stats and 2) you can maybe even run triple dps comp with Moze and March and still hit hard

LingSha is a little of a debate whether I should have both Fire abundance in 2 separate break team or not.
They probably nerfed Feixiao to not powercreep Seele too much as the speedster dps of the game. Now both of them have similar base speed and that useless Def% trace instead of speed. I like these changes.

140 speed is achievable and her damage will still put her in t0 and anyways if u have topaz and robin and Adventurine your set robin buffs FUA and so does topaz I believe. She does more damage now and they made her more open to other team lineups were as before she was a hyper carry with the must need of 3 FUA units for her just to be good
@@otmanjebril8257 but her dmg multiplier is very nerfed because attacking 12 hit for 1 ult don't worth it. Boothill can kill any boss with 1 or 2 NA if it is weakness broken

The new changes are not nerf tho, she exchange scale for self buff, which is way more important in dual dps comp
She gains more marks faster and more offensive buff in exchange for base damage. There is still V4 and V5
