- In this video, we take a full ship tour of the brand-new MSC Seascape. I was on the maiden voyage from Rome to Madeira and took the Seaside class ship on its first cruise. We take a look at all the decks, including all of the Auera areas and also the Yacht Club areas.

This is probably the best video (so far) about the Seascape. Thank you. I wish you can address some of the complaints by passengers about the alleged shortcomings post-COVID scam (allegedly lower quality of food, entertainment and service).

I would go on another MSC cruise anytime.

Thanks for watching! We had a brilliant time and considering this was the very first sailing with passengers, I think MSC did a fantastic job. It was one of those cruises where we were very sad to leave and eager to go back.

Is there a coffee bar for Espressos, lattes, and hot teas?
I hope your trip in March is amazing. There’s no dedicated coffee shop. The nearest thing would be Venchi 1878 - they serve coffees and hot teas there with dedicated seating. Alternatively any bar has a proper coffee machine and serves any hot drink you could care for. Thanks for watching and commenting. David 👍
Going on Seascape 12 March have booked Yacht Club Interior. Would you recommend we bid for an upgarde. In the past we have done Yacht Club interior as spent a great deal of time in the tacht club pool area and did not feel we were missing out. Its just an affordable way of having the yacht club experience
Hi and thanks so much for watching. It’s a difficult one and depends how much the starting price is for the upgrade. I wouldn’t pay too much if you do decide to bid. You will have a wonderful time and the Yacht Club Inside suites are lovely spaces, in my opinion.

Hi and thanks for watching. It’s a difficult one for me to answer, as I sailed in the Yacht Club, so had the YC restaurant or the YC poolside grill, which did a great breakfast.
I did walk through the Marketplace buffet and the breakfast looked good. You should also try the main restaurant. They are usually open for breakfast on a sea day.

I have plans to go in June. Can you please tell me more about the Skyline Restaurant. Is the menu different since its Aurea guest only? I'm wondering if paying $1600 dollars more is worth the Aurea experience.
Hi! Wow that sounds a lot more money!! You do get the private sundeck, which would be really good, especially during busy times on deck. You also get full access to the Thermal Suite is the spa, which is fantastic.
I wonder if there is much difference between the Aurea price and the Yacht Club?

Thanks for the quick reply but does the Skyline restaurant have a different menu from the other main dinning rooms.
No the menu is the same, it’s just a dedicated restaurant with a choice of when to dine. Hope that helps. David

Does the game area have bowling and billiards??
Hi, The Seascape doesn’t have a bowling alley like it’s sister ships. There is a kids mini bowling machine in the arcade, but it’s literally just for kids.

Is there a zip line on the Seascape?
Hi! Unfortunately, there is no Zipline on the Seascape or the Seashore. The ships with the Zipline are Seaside and Seaview.

Just done 2 weeks from Miami very disappointed in rooms in staff and food it gets sad the same thing for two weeks entertainment was terrible it was like ground hog day on a ship same food same entertainment we ported at one place 3 times there own island it was only ok the first time lol the ship was beautiful but not enough staff for size and they struggled Wi-Fi cost me a fortune nearly £1000 for my family of 6 plus no supplements in paying restaurants they cost a fortune as well there’s more staff trying to sell you stuff then serving costumers
Oh dear John, sorry you didn’t have a great time. The cruise lines really need to get their act together in regards to staffing levels. There is no excuse now and it’s not just MSC, P&O are just as bad.

I have to admit, I almost always stay in the Yacht Club when sailing with MSC. It’s a very different experience with plenty of crew, perfect service and good food.

I am currently on the ship, and it is easily the worst I’ve ever been on. Complete ignorance from the staff the worst behaved people I’ve ever seen elevators that are broken down officers that are completely ignorant. Good luck MSC seascape. It shouldn’t be long before bankruptcy.

@@CruiseShowUK last night until 3 o’clock in the morning all I could hear was the noise coming from deck seven rouge cabaret I’m on deck 11 by the way and one of the adt facing suites above that adult only pool area. It’s absolutely criminal how MSC treats their customers
