I attend Madonna on 3 Tours and she DOESN'T SING.(With the exception on some interactions with public during a section or two of the show) FACT.
There's a soundboard recording from one of the last shows and you can hear that she sang the whole way through, even when the backup was louder than her microphpone. And btw that sentence about Britney was arbitrary and makes no sense at all in this context.
