Hi Alyssa, can you see anything at all or just darkness? Do you have light perception? Can you tell if the sun is out or a light is on? Do you understand what colors are? So like you have no mental images of them since you never had vision? Do you read Braille? I see that you use a dog to get around. Somehow the dog knows to stop when you have to cross the street and there are cars going by. And you baked cookies by yourself? Without being able to see anything? Good thing you have a husband to help you out. I know a blind lady who is a mother of a Boy Scout who went to my troop. Her husband helps her around.
