You will not be able to sponsor your in-laws. However, if your wife were the owner, she could choose to sponsor either her parents or her in-laws.

If you still own a property worth more than 2 million, you can renew the Golden Visa by paying the renewal charges.
To obtain golden visa, is it fine if sum of 2 or more properties is more than 2 M AED, with at least 20% of total amount paid?
You can combine multiple properties, but their total value must be 2 million.
