I love this video - it inspired me to do something similar. For me, it’s less decks that feel exciting and more decks that match where I am. I had pulled out all the lovely summery decks (Luna sel sol, SOTW Litha oracle etc) and replaced them with more grounded, low visual sensory energy and shadowy decks (Somnia, Outgrow Yourself, Earth and Bone, lantern oracle, into the lonely woods etc ). It’s just what I need right now

This is a wonderful concept, I need to do this. Also the way you talked about the years of plants lives and what happens when, was such a good way to look at numerology. Hearing that it clicked in my brain.

I love the idea of going through and picking out which decks fit the current vibe! I’m always trying to do it on a case by case basis (“I want to do a reading… guess I’ll look at ALL of my decks and try and figure out what I feel like right now”) and it gets overwhelming. Doing something like this on a seasonal or monthly basis might be just the ticket!

I really enjoyed listening to your thought process as you picked your "current vibe" decks. I have a few quilted teddy's that I love. One always travels with me. This summer has been a mixture of very hot and not as hot, lol. I have been using the Flow Tarot and the Shadowland Tarot for inspiration. I've been loving the way they make me feel this July.

ok still watching but doll hair....the hotter you go with water the straighter it may be....people stick doll hair under boiling water to straighten it. just to wash it and get product out just warm soapy water and then a steel comb. (I have a normal comb and that works too) any tinsel in the hair gets destroyed with warm water though so if its got tinsel keep everything cool.

I have that issue when I choose books to read! It’s always a feeling or environment that I want to be immersed in and I often don’t have the words to express what I want. And yes- I NEED certain decks and crystals with me sometimes- even when impractical! So much so that they even come to bed with me! We need our things!

Could the barrenness of the Faeries Tarot lend itself more to winter months? I look to the vegetation mostly when picking decks, and that one seems sparse. ❤
I have the mass market Neopets Tarot, and it's an incredible reader for me. I used that exclusively for weeks at the beginning of the year. Definitely a vibe *and* the vibe. ❤🥰

So, my daughter is a doll person and I recommend looking on YT for doll hair care. I believe you need to wash the hair with hot water. No soap if the hair isn’t dirty, but a little conditioner after you have rinsed out the hair first. Do not comb the hair until the conditioner is in.
She says the hair is probably nylon so you do have to be careful with heat tools.

How about the Find Your Light Inspiration Deck? :) I haven't watched all the way through yet so you might mention it.
This was fun. Maybe if you either change the tarot bag or even just leave the Chrysalis Tarot out on the shelf without a bag it might feel more inviting and exciting. I find that occasionally a bag effects the being drawn to the deck. That’s one deck this happens to me with.
A valid hack, I used to call it, is elevating a deck to leave it out of the bag/box on a shelf, usually crystal-paired. A cliche that works top of mind in sight, the opposite being outta sight outta mind.
@@gertrudeember4853 yes!! So true!! I often end up taking them out of the bags I make to put back in the box for a bit. I’ve learned I need to let them be in their box until I get to know them before switching to a bag otherwise they get lost to the ether 😆

Ive tested the tarot of colour paired with the Sun and Moon Tarot it balanced the vibe for me
Tip for future videos, I say this with so much love in my heart, most ppl don’t like these types of card viewing, holding cards up doesn’t give us a good look and we much prefer cards to be viewed on a desk. ❤
Its not always practical to be sat at a desk. At least we saw some of the decks while the shelves were being sorted
