You'll like the reel. I first purchased a 2000S then quickly purchased another one. The best thing is the low rotational inertia. From what I've heard, a new model should come out next year.
Where did you guys hear that from? If it’s true I’ll rather wait for the new one to come out but I haven’t seen anything on the internet yet. Been wanting the exact same setup with NRX NRR
Sorry did you say exsence is above the vanquish and below the stella? The correct heirarchy in terms of quality is twin power - vanquish - stella (low to high) Exsense ci4 is below the twin power, its around the same price point as the stradic or vanford series. The exscence bb is lower still, in terms of quality.
Not the BB version is a 2nd cheapest Exsense in its series, there are at least 3 version (Exsense, Exsense BB and Exsense Ci4+) of Exsense and it's very confusing too, but for real the Exsense is 2nd to the Stella, if you don't believe you can ask Shimano yourself, plus have you ever check Shimano Japan they list the Exsense right after Stella

That would mean a reel that is in the same price bracket as the vanford is higher quality (tier) than the sustain, twin power and vanquish. So basically there is no reason to purchase any of those reels because the exsence is second to only the stella....

This means for 2500 reels the heirarchy/ranking of reels I mentioned before is correct. Stella - Vanquish - Twinpower. If your comments were about 3000 size reels then you are correct.

Size matters according to your type of fish you trying to catch, for black bass (largemouth bass) the size 2500+ is good, small stream fishing or for fresh water bream/panfish the size 2000 and smaller is better for that type of fishing
