Love that previous cast members are at the training center.
In the cold plunge your body is going feel it the worst in the first 30-45 seconds to maybe the first minute. You’re essentially putting your body into shock. You need to make sure you’re breathing through it - it will literally take your breath away. You have to focus on your breathing. It’s hard to get used to but once you do it’s a pretty crazy trip.

Thank you!! Honestly it’s nothing crazy, right now I use Curology and I use the wash and moisturizers because they’re custom for your skin!
