Mai kisi ko bhi France recommend nahi karungaa.. kabhi bhi .. because ye log grance embassy ke through le to lete hain pr student ko koi bhi job nahi milti .. phd karke bhi france se vapis india hi aana padta hai .. ask the true statistics from french embassy.... I had seen thousands of students returning from france even after doing masters and phd .. and the most disturbing case is that the people who do PhD's from france are mostly from IIT's .. even they return back after phd because of not getting any job ... French embassy is doing some scam to fill the university with indian students.. thats all.
This is what's my personal experience taught me .. one can have different experience..
France me PhD karke India jaana kisi ka choice bhi ho sakta hai...Main khud France me PhD karke France me hi job karti hun, but my friend moved to India after PhD in France, because he wanted to return right from the beginning for his family...So statistics will not give you the true picture unless they consider how many ppl left France after not getting a job...All my Indian friends who did PhD here got jobs in France or other European countries. Others moved to India for their families or they came here with the plan to get back to India, because having a foreign PhD or Postdoc is highly beneficial for getting a professor positions in top Indian universities.

@@tulikabose5120 bro most probably tumne cs/it/ai/ml mein hi PhD ki hogi.. also experience bhi hoga .. to uske PhD karne ki zaroorat nahi thi .. master's or even bachelors + 5 or 6 years of experience is more than sufficient for getting a anywhere even in usa .. computers valo ke liye kafi opportunity hai vaise bhi .. itna mechanical valo ke liye nahi hai ... Field field ki baat hai ..

But CS PhD sirf engineering job karne ke liye nei ki jaati, its for getting a research scientist position chahe university me ho ya industry me…aur ye position sirf bachelors/even master + experience se bhi milna mushkil hai because it requires research expertise…and PhD is highly preferred for this position even in industries worldwide…to depend karta hai aap kis profile pe kaam karna chahte ho…to yes mujhe PhD karne ki bilkul zaroorat thi because mujhe selective profile pe kaam karna tha jisme mostly ya sirf PhD walon ko lete hain, but engineering position ke liye zaroorat nehi hai…aur haan field matters... mere kaafi Indian friends France me Physics, material science etc. me PhD karke idhar job kar rahe hain…ya univ me as an assistant professor kaam kar rahe hain…i agree in many fields, it is difficult to get a job…
my point is ki zaroori nei hai ki saare PhD karke India jaane waale logon ko job nei mila, kaafi log PhD and postdoc bahar karke India jaate hain to get into prestigious positions in Univ or industry in India jaha research experience in a diff country kaafi valuable consider kiya jata hai…sabka apna apna preference hai
