@puchoo Pretty much all trips to the antarctic and therefore Lemaire Channel run between Dec-Feb. Lemaire is very tight and gets clogged up with ice at any time of the year, so getting through is a matter of luck. Ice conditions change daily. And to have it open on a clear and sunny day- well you can see the results.
