Quick way to clean stuff stuck on a pan - put it on the hob with boiling water & washing up liquid and simmer it for 5-10 minutes. It comes off really easily!
Fantastic video! Love having a fully stocked freezer xxx
Me too, although I can't fit anything else in it now. I'd love a big chest freezer that I could just stock up. xx
Lovely video Kerrie . Every thing looks fabulous . I have really enjoyed watching you cook all these recipes. Thank you so much xxxx
You're so welcome Sue. It was hard work but I really enjoyed it. I hope you're well. xxx
Thank you so much, fantastic video, looking forward to having go at some of the recipes.
What a terrific effort! I am as impressed with your energy as I am with the delicious recipes! Can't wait to try some. Thanks for sharing!
It was hard work, but I'm so pleased it's done. It's going to make life after school and work so much easier x
This looks like a great dish for sure. Love the ingredients used although. Nice job, thanks for sharing ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love that most of your recipes are either vegan or easily adapted. Will give these ideas a try - love garlic too! Thank you.
Ooh, just spotted you using your new chopping gadget! It is almost 6am but I can't sleep so i am enjoying your batch cooking! That trick with the jug and the ziplock bag is excellent!
I'm using it at any opportunity I get. 😆 There must be something in the North East air. I've been up since the crack of dawn too enjoying the quiet of the house.
You need one of them big stock pots, we’ve got a few ourselves and they are a life saver we use them every day but we are a family of 13 😬 you made some gorgeous looking meals Xx
I definitely do! I love a big batch cook.
Wow it must be like catering for a small army. You deserve a medal. Growing kids just eat and eat and eat. xx
Hi Kerrie,
thank you for the great meatless recipes and ideas. I want to try the pasta with broccoli. How do you reheat them? Do you thaw them and then heat them in the oven?
Yes just defrost in a bowl and then either heat gently in the oven or microwave.
I’m a new subscriber. So pleased to watch your lovely recipes, but can’t get the link to work :-(.
It should be up and working again now Jane. Thank you so much for subscribing and watching 😊

I ask why you didn’t chop the cloves of garlic (curry) or cook the spices and garlic etc before adding the veg please, each to their own but I just wondered, it’s probably better to wait until the food had cooled down before adding to the freezer bags too, well I do anyway :) all looks nice though and the pasta sauce needs some sugar to take the acidity from the tomatoes too, hope that helps sorry if it comes across like I think I know it all because I’m not a chef I’m just trying to pass my knowledge on ha
Not at all Paula, I love to hear other people's way of doing things, it's great to share our knowledge and learn. I'm the same, this is just the way I do it so this is what I share.
For any other curry sauce I would absolutely chop the garlic and cook the spices, but this is just a base to add flavours too. It's a very mild flavour and doesn't need the infused aromas you would get from dry frying and chopped garlic.
No sugar in the pasta sauce is just our preference, I really try not to add sugar if I can help it and we're used to the flavour without it. Although, depending of the recipe I will add it now and again. :-)
Don't use the blender when the sauce is boiling as it can cause splash back and you can get seriously burnt
Having a hard time hearing you sweet lady!
Oh no! The sound does change slightly about 10 minutes in vecause I had to change recording devices, but I've tested it and its working for me. If you click 'CC' at the top right of the screen it will pop english subtitles on screen if that helps.
Absolutely fab vlog Kerrie! I need to do this definitely! The pesto looks fantastic and that is first on my list to do. Thank you lovely 😘
Thanks Katie! I always try to have some of the pesto in the fridge or freezer. It's tastes so much better than from a jar. Plus you can tweak it to suit your own tastes. xx
