RISHIKESH YOGA TEACHER TRAINING | my experience part 1

Hello Friends!
This past summer I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh India. I went to the Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School where I received training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. It was probably some of the most intense 3 weeks of my life in the HEAT of India's summer. This is PART ONE of two of a sneak peak of what a yoga training in India is like, as well as exploring beautiful Rishikesh on our weekend adventures!
Special shoutout to everyone in this yoga class. You all made this experience 10000% better. I love you all so much and so grateful to have gotten to know all of you.
