Shaghaf means "passion" in Arabic and abayad means "white" which is why the bottle is white. It translates to "White Oud Passion"

I purchased both the gold and white Swiss Arabian scents and they are powerhouses. I also have decants of the Amouage and Lancome and yes, they are close. An advantage the SA versions have for beginners is that it gives us an inexpensive way to test run bolder fragrances before spending for full bottles of the pricier counterparts.
An inexpensive fragrance that I love to wear is Paco Rabonne Ultraviolet. Woody and kind of citrusy with a nice dry down. About 30-40 bucks.
Alternative pairing. I like that turn of phrase. The Bentley Intense is definitely a not for beginners fragrance. It is really great. Thanks for the video, sir.

In my opinion Bentley smells is terrible! I still have mine but I'm not using it.

The Swiss Arabian is better I got them both, it got a better projection, longevity and sillage

Bentley for Men Azure is a great cheapie for summer by Bentley also. Has a few of the notes from CREED AVENTUS, but with a aquatic note. I get a lot compliments when I wear it.😊
Bentley intense is one of the best value for money out there. Rasasi Daarej, and Declaration D'un Soir also smell expensive

I can vouch for Insurrection Wild II. I own a bottle and, my goodness, it is intoxicating. Best $20 you can spend on a tobacco fragrance.
I finally got the Bentley Absolute and I honestly don't know what to make of it yet. I sprayed a little and didn't know what to think. It's not like anything else I have. I have to wear it though to really see what I think.

I went to Bond No.9 boutique in NYC last week and asked about New Haarlem. The sales associate said they couldn’t “source” the ingredients to continue production. Funny since all their scents are mad synthetic.

Its a very bold, confident fragrance. I've heard a reviewer or two say that this is what James Bond would wear. If you are looking to stand out and smell very manly, you've got the right stuff.

Personally, i like to use Bentley intense with absolute together. Really makes for a more complex smell I.M.O. that just screams upper class bad boy.
The Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Abyad is really close to Interlude Man for sure. The longevity is not close but the scent is awesome. I will have to check out this Bentley Intense. I keep hearing great things about it. Rochas Man is LEGIT Bro lol.
I liked to be entered in the contest. Sounds like Bentley is stepping up their Frag game 4 sure. I’m interested in Wild Vetiver since I spend a ton of time in an office setting. Plus living in Florida it’s harder to pull off a lot of the heavier spicy scents.

The Swiss Arabian is the best of them all its got a beast projection and it smells fantastic
I live in FL and some of the best fragrances are for cold weather. Can we include more hot weather fragrances.
Buy the cold weather fragrance; now spray half as much. Or just any "blue" or "fraiche" branded fragrance is likely to be a little bit nicer for warm weather.

I purchased Bentley Man Intense in December 2019, and I have to agree that this juice smells expensive.
It's always helpful to have lesser expensive alternatives out there ,even if you own the original it can be great to not have to rebuy it and use the cheaper option more freely and keep the expensive one for more special occasions 👌

You need to try LPDO - italian clone house. Vanille Persuasive by LPDO smells like Tobacco Vanille - like 95% similar and great performance too! They have a Montale intense cafe and so many other niche clones but done well

Mugler is alot cheaper in Europe, in the UK you can regularly find pure havane on sale for £38 which is around $50.
Sounds like Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Abyad smells similar to an even cheaper alternative, Ard Al Zaafaran Midnight Oud.
Midnight oud is a litlle bit switter
Another great cheap option instead of Tobacco Vanille is Al-Haramain - Amber Oud Tobacco Edition.

About Lalique ownership no idea, but Fragrantica lists the perfumer for Bentley Intense as the same for all Encre Noires, as well as (in collabs) for Givenchy Gentleman EDP and Spice Bomb Night Vision: Nathalie Lorson
Got Pure Havana decant but doesn't last long on my skin..it gets very close to the skin in2-3 hrs.. Cheers

Shaghaf Oud Abyad is NOT what it used to be. My husband had a 2016 bottle and i liked a lot. He now bought another bottle this year (2020) on the official SA site and is 50% weaker than the first- Weak projection, 1h sillage. 🤨 This fragrance power has now gone.
Insurrection II Wild, what a deal and such a masculine fragrance. It’s Havane on a budget.

I have Shagaf Oud abiad and Bentley they are my favorite all year around i don't care if it's hot or cold. I just make sure not to over spray when it's hot. But I honestly don't understand the point of light projection and weak performance Fragrance why would I buy something doesn't say I'm here!! Long lasting performance is a must as well.. Some people will review that as winter while their winter actually is my summer season 😂
Most of those, that I'm familiar with, have a similarity but they go off in different directions that can make wearing experience very different. It's like Mont Blanc Explorer having a similar scent profile to Aventus but, to my nose, being a much different experience and juice. Just saying. Of course it's much cheaper and not idiotic to blind buy a cheapie as it is niche. Michael Jordan Legend the best super cheapie I have.
