I’m just saying this series deserves a 7 hour long detailed episode to episode breakdown that covers every character’s arcs, motivations, ships, and behind the scenes content because holy shit was Donbrothers… Donbrothers.
Most of this shows scene if not all the hole episode or frame could be turned into a meme template and another half of this show is genuine drama and characters that teach you good lesson or learn them for themselves to be little better then they were before even though they fall back into old bad habits they still try to better themselves and for others there no wrong way to live your life it's your life you can live it however you want just run away if you see peach falling down from the sky or be imprisoned by armored space knights or do it it's your life after all anyway donbrothers is my drug and it's tastes weirdly amazing lol

If there's one thing that I take sick sadistic pleasure in is that this season it outright hated by a fair amount of people. Do I think that hate is unwarranted or even outright stupid? Yes. But it's them hating the show for what it sets out to be that makes me love the show even more than I did before, if that was even possible for being my favourite season. There was no big bad to take down, the bad guys were always possibly more good guys than our heroes, nothing happened in the show and that was the entire strength of it, it's all hated by a lot of people. That's when you know you've created something worth the film it's printed on, when it's equally beloved as a lot of people's favourite season as well as being a controversy in the fanbase for being different. So yeah, thank you Donbrothers for being something entirely different we all needed.
I think Donbrothers is great. Also, how to deconstruct the franchise, without being a depression fest or ruining characters like The Last Jedi. The "meta" aspect is brilliant and subtle that is not that intrusive to make an issue to the plot. And the character behave as "anti Sentai" sometimes, without becoming a group of psychos or supervillians. Every has a flaw, or it has a personality that goes against the tropes of Sentai. It’s brilliant.

They believed that every red ranger, aka the leader of every sentai team, are cruel dictator and nutjob who orders around his comrades like pushover corporate slaves they're shocked at how nice Abarared is in their crossover.
