Today smoked sprats from the firth of Kiel are on the menu.´Sprats are a typical Kiel speciality and we get ours courtesy of chef Pierre Binder from the restaurant Fischers Fritz.
Sprats are a sustainable fish because they grow quickly and replenish their numbers, unlike the Tuna and Cod and other large over-fished fish, which are going extinct. Yay sprats!
