I swear 90% of all problems in the Warriors series could have been solved if they would just TALK TO EACH OTHER! That's part of the reason why I hated that whole "Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight fighting over Hawkfrost" plot line.
YES YES YES, squirelflight barely evvvvvver tells brambleclaw WHY hawkfrost is evil, and I know hes evil, he yelled at leafpaw: EVILLLLLL PLANSSSSSSS. sure squirelpaw heard about it, but exactly what was he doing that was evil that squirelflight heard from leafpaw? IDK, and this is why I blame firestar's daughters on this, there are soooooooo many mistakes, squirelflight should KNOW from her relationship with leafpaw, then why should she be telling brambleclaw that he cant hangout with his long lost brother? Even worse Squirelflight disides to replace brambleclaw with ASHFUR OF ALL CATS, and brambleclaw does NOOOOOOOOTHING about it, and acts like his dad. it drives be INSANE!

And while Ashfur is controlling, xenophobic, and tried to murder four people not including the broken code arc, during second arc, he seemed nicer then the guy who's yelling at her for having a different mate. Not that Squirrelflight isn't at fault, but Brambleclaw definitely is to.
@@TempestFNG lol I read 1, 2, 3 and broken code a year ago. I just dont think Squirflight was doing a good job of convincing brambleclaw. Bramblestar being abusive is a whole other thing that I havent read yet. My opinion is just about Squirelflight not having any evidence and still being mad at bramble star for something he doesnt have any reason to believe other then squirel flight saying that hawk frost is bad, even when she points out her reasons, they are unbelievable, and hawkforst just so happens to be unbelievably stupid, which is something bramble star doesnt know because squirel flight wont let him talk to hawk frost, if she did he would tell him about his plans and he would maybe side with her, but she just makes bramble claw more untrustworthy, since he just sees hawk frost as his inocent half brother, not a maniac whos trying to relive his fathers "legacy". Apparently, Mudclaw's ghost doesn't have the gusts to shove Onestar off the bridge, so everyone lives happily ever after except for Firestar who still won't appoint a deputy, so Brambleclaw screams internally again.
The cats sit and watch as Tallstar loses his last life. Onewhisker steps forward. “Tallstar, no.” He says, annoyed. “Tallstar, yes.” Tallstar replies, then slowly closes his eyes, dying.
Line of the week (new one) “then everybody is attacked by a house. Brambleclaw is defeated by a potted plant.” I love this line because I laughed for 2 minutes after hearing it.

I think this book is where Thunderclan started it's tradition of 'too many elders'. Every time a new warrior is made, they shaft one of the older ones to the Elders den, where they both have nothing to do with anything but also never die....recently, this had reached critical mass.
anyone else remember how in I Spoil The Darkest Hour For Everyone Firestar says "but wouldn't that defeat the purpose of only having 9 lives? " and Bluestar says "don't worry we can always drop a tree on you just in case"? I think they're trying to threaten Firestar not to live forever by showing him how bad it is to get hit by a tree
