Just heard this song for the first time Jan 1, 2023 by channel surfing. I stopped on a random music video channel, and not even 20 seconds in, I was in complete tears and smiling from ear to ear!. I've never had a song invoke so much emotion in me, so fast and so strong. Just writing this comment is making me emotional. What has this song done to me man!.

Many years ago a good friend asked me to help serve an upcoming singer and his band at the local fairgrounds. He promised I could stay for the concert afterwards.
