I was born in the 70's and I was beet. I agree with a spanking not a beating
Rare and a last resort. My son played on railway tracks aged four. I tried to explain the danger, he said "I'll do what I want" so without anger, he got severely spanked. He never went back to the railtrack. When he was a teenager a guy he knew was killed crossing the track. "Could have been me, but my dad made sure I never played there again." There sometimes comes a point where being reasonable isn't enough, you have to draw a red line.
As a white guy who got his ass whooped on the regular by my mother, I'm always confused by this stereotype that white kids don't get hit.
Obviously you can't say that for sure about any one group of people, but I got hit with hands, wooden spoons, a belt. It happens. 🤷🏻♂️

I'm gonna say like others already did, check out his All Star Comedy Jam, the part two of it when he does his rap impressions is unbelievably good
in my parents house spanking was structured and it involved a lot of communication after the fact. They had a three strike warning system and cooled themselves down and gave me privacy to avoid doing anything out of anger and avoid humiliating me. I was real strong willed and head strong. They also realized every kid is unique and what worked for me wouldn't necessarily work on my siblings so they did different things for them and it worked really well. As for whether i will spank, i think i would use it as a last resort and only if i have an incredibly strong willed kid like i was. Otherwise i'll try other things as much as possible.
Oh NO I wouldnt dare talk back to my parents, I was brought up in a firm but fair household in Scotland and my parents would whoop my ass if I done wrong. i thought all my friends got the same punishment but much to my surprise they got a lecture and sent to their room, I would get my ass kicked but I learned right from wrong.. Nowadays in Scotland ( not sure about the rest of the world ) it is illegal to discipline your child to teach right from wrong and I am shocked because they are running riot and are terrorising neighbourhoods, talk back to their parents, cuss at the police and nothing really happens.

As a single father I raised 3 kids by myself 2 boys and a girl . I never hit or spanked a child when I was ANGRY. But they did get spanked when they were younger. I never allowed them to Disrespect me. And Yes when some of their white friends came over , I let them know , No Cussing No drinking No Smoking in my house and if you could NOT Obey the Rules . You were NOT WELCOME. And I would be Calling your Parents. We always had alot of my kids friends over and at Dinner time always seem too be 2 kids extra.

On my 14th b-day my dad gave me a wallet as a gift. I was excited because you do not gift someone a wallet or a purse & not have any money in it as well because it's bad juju if you do. I opened the wallet & there was 50 bucks & I also noticed he had a picture of himself in the wallet as well. Why the picture of you dad? "Oh that, whenever you're about to do anything stupid & get into trouble. I want you to open the wallet & look at that picture of me because that's the consequence you'll be facing when you get home." I should probably mention he would not hesitate for a second to give us(siblings) a few smacks whenever we got out of line. Kind of a psycho & boss move on his part. Also, hell yes I'd give my kids a couple of smacks for bad behavior or if ever rude to their mother.
I've never spank my kids I always believe in communication if you communicate with your children they will know right from wrong but if you let them raise themselves and then later you get upset that they're not in the right mindset it's because the parents did not lead them the right way my parents never spanked me either and I love to be a great father to my children where I hope my children will also be great parents to their children because of communication instead of punishment

I hate this kind of humor. It’d be helpful if he actually knew white families and not sitcom versions. Racial humor is trash when its done for an audience that isn’t part of the group that’s targeted. My parents didn’t play and maybe his mom should’ve put him on a diet so his blood type wouldn’t be diabetes.
