I use all his forms but if I had a list for RB2 it would be
3rd Form > Final > 100% > 1st = 2nd
none of them are bad and there's not much of a gap but 3rd form outclasses them in every way except supers

True, 3rd form is fast + add in his tail and he wont let the opponent move, his attacks are thin but do a lot of damage. but 2nd form does look cooler... and his ultimate is hands down one of the coolest. XD

Man, they really need to either bring back the budokai series and its formula or make an arcade style fighter which has always been my favorite for DBZ games. Wasn't a big fan of the Tenkaichi series but Raging blast's gameplay style was badass and really should have a third entry in the series.

Chris Spear .. I prefer Cooler because his final form is , wait for it xD , cooler .. I like his appearance but if I had to choose between Frieza and Cooler then I choose Frieza .. He is able to perform almost every fighting technic that he used in the series (or even all of them) .. ^^ all transformations are very nice in this game ..
He has 3 removed attacks in Final Form that have no data though he still has the voice files intact. So he was going to have even more.

Just throwing out thoughts here, frieza, cooler and bojack are my fav characters but I find frieza to be the most op so i don't use him often, but why don't many people stay in his 2nd form? I find that form to be one of his most powerful and awesome.

There's another character you unlock by watching the movie.

You just play the boss mission of a character until you get all the ones that you can get through that method then you have to watch (Or just Skip) Plan to eradicate the Super Saiyans. Boom then your done.
