I made this montage as a celebration and expression of gratitude for everything Sergei has given throughout his life through his dancing, and cheering him on for however long he chooses to continue to offer this beautiful gift of himself and his dance to the world. It's also a reminder to myself and anyone who needs to hear it - to keep going, to keep giving what we have to give for however long we're able and to be grateful for, and celebrate, the beautiful things in life, for however long we may have them.
🌹✨ Some people have objected to my celebrating light and joy with everything going on in the world right now, but it's when things are dark that we most need to remember and delight in beauty and hope. I need it. I need to celebrate the things that bring delight to my soul to keep from being crushed under the heaviness and darkness of the world. And Sergei has been one of those sources of great delight for me.
✨ DELIGHT ✨ I rediscovered this word when I first saw a video of Sergei's dancing nearly two years ago... His dancing opened me up to being able to experience the healing power of beauty and to be able to experience delight again - an ability I had lost over years of battling chronic depression. I’m deeply grateful to him and all he continues to give of himself through his art and I'm immensely grateful to his many fans who I've been able to share this delight with.
🌹✨ Others may choose to respond to the darkness of the world however they wish, but I will not let the darkness take beauty and light and love away from me. I will continue to celebrate beauty and life no matter what darkness is going on around the world - because there will always be darkness. I may not be able to destroy the darkness with beauty and light and love, but I will not let it destroy me. And because I see in Sergei someone who is doing his best to bring those gifts to the world, I will continue to love and support and celebrate the life I see in him. ✨

Никогда особо не интересовалась балетом, больше смотрела и слушала оперу. Но однажды увидела чудо в обличие Сергея, и моя жизнь перевернулась. Даже не знаю как описать, как будто в моей душе поселился родной человек, которого я обожаю, сопереживаю его трудностям,радуюсь удачам. Что то в нем есть притягивающее. Доброта, простота, ингда даже страшно за него. Он взрослый ребенок ,затерявшийся в нашем непростом мире. Пусть Господь хранит его!!! Он приносит людям радость!!

Everything you said (except about opera, which I don't listen to) is exactly how I felt about Sergei - when I first saw him and today. This very precious one, this grown up child, who brings so much joy has settled in our souls; we love him, we celebrate his successes and feel his sorrows, we fear for him and his honest, child-like spirit in this very troubled world and we keep him in our many prayers.❤
Anch'io prego per lui. E' giusto farlo. Eppure accanto alla sensibilita' e onesta' che possono metterlo in pericolo trovo che abbia una forza e una fedelta' alle sue idee straordinaria. Non si e' lasciato ricattare e distruggere dal mondo che a occidente lo voleva umiliare. Purtroppo anche l'Italia dove io vivo non ha capito nulla di Sergei. Ma lui e' rimasto fedele a se stesso, col suo sorriso gentile, senza mai alzare la voce, ma ha tenuto il timone dritto sulla sua rotta. Non sono molti ad avere tanto coraggio e tanta forza. Onore a lui💙 E questo pensiero mi rassicura, mi rende fiduciosa. Il suo spirito e' di un uomo vero che realizza se stesso e le sue idee. Noi saremo sempre con lui. This man is living and dancing in the air. He just comes down to the earth for a while. Looks like he feels himself better, easier and more free above the earth and makes no effort at all. It seems even that he gives acceleration or height to himself by some moves already in the air, not on the ground. Increadible! May be angels teached him how to do it....

He's so Special, and it's got to Take a lot to be in the sun forever. How many people have ever Asked what He wanted? He's a person Too .
He is very special. ✨ I agree that there seem to have been many years earlier in his life where he had trouble finding his own wants outside of others’ expectations, but it seems to me, since founding his own company, he’s been carving out his own path based on what he wants to do for the past few years.
He’s expressed a lot of enjoyment in being able to collaborate freely with other artists and in traveling the world. He’s also expressed a lot of happiness in his new family and he hopes to recover quickly from his recent injury and continue to dance wherever possible and to create new ballet productions.
After he takes the rest he needs, I wish him well as he continues to pursue his artistic endeavors. ❤️✨

I obviously share the same love of watching Sergei dance! And, also agree- such beautiful arms. The way he moves his arms, hands and shoulders has such a fluid and expressive grace. I always love when those movements are heavily incorporated into his choreography. 🌹✨

We have never expected - - that it will become this bad - - whew. But I believe - - we must carry on to live - - normally. Thank you, for this and all your encouraging comments. It is always a challenge to hold onto the Light when darkness weighs so heavy in the world... and one needs frequent encouragement from others to be able to keep going, or at least I know I I do.
I'm glad you enjoy the details I use in my videos, such as the film leaders. :) I try to match effects to the mood of the piece and was trying to evoke more of an older era for that video.

what movie was that ?
I’m not sure what part of this montage you’re referring to… I’d need a time stamp. 😄. There’s more than one movie represented here- but I’ll take a guess that it’s the one he’s not dancing in: the fight scene is from Murder on the Orient Express. (Kenneth Branagh’s 2017 release). I also used a dance clip from the White Crow, and the live staging of the Phantom of the Opera.
