PCQ: You can get Marc Casado from Barcelona, mostly a defensive midfielder, but he can play a central role, and he is only 19 in real life, but 22-23 in S2G Career Mode. Another option is Kobbie Mainoo of Manchester United. He is known as a CDM, but he has good ball control.

Look for regens. Maybe you can find the one of Luka Modric. Either try signing one of experienced CDM's like Rodri, Casemiro, Kimmich, Thomas Partey, Hojbjerg, Amrabat, Scott McTominay, Kalvin Phillips or a youngsters like Alan Varela or Dario Essugo

For a defensive midfielder you could go for Kimmich (would be 34) or a younger player like Tchouameni (who would be 29 years old).
Also invest in the youth academy for future years so that later you can put them in the starting 11 or sell them.

PCQ: Look for Luka Modric’s regen because his regen should spawn either in the free agents or somewhere in the championship where he retired. His regen will have the potential of Modric’s original rating so high 80s and he will be an end game player

I think Kobbie mainoo would be a great option for the CDM role. He's got brilliant potential, very energetic only 18 years old and is already balling out for Manchester United. Also great content.
I think this S2GFC team would really really rock with some more younger players and I don't think singing lots of players who are only going to be their for a seasons isn't a very good investment

Change the training plan of ribero he had 74 dribbling which could explain why he feels horrible on the ball but if you change the training plan he’ll feel much better
Amadou Onana from Everton would be a fantastic holding midfield option. 78 rated with an 82 potential. Phillips is another option. 79 rated, 79 potential. Jorginho as well, 83 rated but I think can be boosted to 85 if made a CM. Kobbie Mainoo, 68 rated, 86 potential. Paulhinha from Fulham, 85 rated. Bissouma from Spurs. 80 rated, 82 potential.
Kobbie Mainoo in midfield would be a perfect complement to Bernardo Silva.

I think you can sign someone like federico endondo and if you still have some budget left pablo torre could be useful in this stage of our s2g fc. also in the mean time you can try and play kovalenko in the rm position and oscar bob in the cm position pep played him for some litle amount of time.
May be sign regens that help a lot for squad depth
PCQ: you need to put new development plans on Ribero, the only reason he isnt 90 overall is because of 78 passing and 74 days dribble
Joe willock could be a choice for your midfield but if he is too expensive then someone like Pablo Barrios but you might need to convert him because he is a cam they are both pretty young so you could have them and Bernado Silva's experience could help with them growing.
I would suggest Fran Beltrán (CM) from RC Celta. He has that defensive mind you want plus has a little experience in the Top Division of Spain. He would make a perfect addition to the midfield.
Cubarsi from barcelona. He is a generational talent you could hire him and he could do a lot of things u lag
i think that in future you should start create a club with a very young squad thats full of potential and since you like playing with real players you can then seel those little guys to other teams to maintain the competitiveness of the game not just taking good players from great teams turning them into relegation sides and winning titles without much effort and sweat
PCQ: You should give Ribero the no. 7 and give Mateo Silva the no.15 and sign an incredible midfielder which is ethier Daniel Gore or Jobe Belligham but if you want a CDM i think you should sign Ruben Neves hire a scout to Germany or Portugal. I also think you should switch to a 433 formation

I think you should get Donny Van de Beek, he’s an amazing player just never had a chance to reform at Man United so that’s why I should sign him because he’s wonderful I don’t signed him in FIFA career mode he was beautiful
for a defensive minded player you should sign Rodri, its been 5 years which that means he's now 33 and his contract might be expiring somewhere, and you might be able to afford him especially since player values normally start to go down at that age.
I think someone like Warren Zaire-Emery would be a great signing, he might still be worth less and hes young so you could keep him at the club for quite a long time. If at the end there isnt enough budegt for it,i think you might still be able to try and get him on a loan-to-buy and buy him later on. Kobbie Mainoo would also be a good shout i think. You should maybe sign modric's regen as i think it would fit the best for the club
Since you’be already got a talented cm in lennon miller Maybe you should go after a kante type player, that Will run the pitch, defend, but still create chances, i think João Gomes from wolves might be this teams big piece to link defense and tack perfectly, and hes not too young so he wont be too expensive nor too old to start regressing soon

Zaire Emery is only 32 mil and is a 17 yaer old wonderkid at cm / cdm he has a 90 potential also you could sign spinazolla he is a 80 ovr lm qnd can play lwb as well if need be. I would also recommend paulo dybala if you could save up your money. He is a 86 ovr cf / cam and is great value and experience for money.
I'd highly recommend Felix Nmecha or Fabio Miretti good potential and quite young both CM's.

Hi sid, for a midfield partner to team up with Bernardo Silva I think you should go for a former team mate of his who’s currently playing for Barcelona Ilkay Gundogan he’s 33 but you may get 2/3 good years from him he’s shown he can hack it in the prem, he has pretty solid defensive stats and adds something extra in the attack he would also be in budget I think he’d be a really solid option
Sign Archie gray he is 17 years old and he has a great potential
I think that Mainoo for the midfield and Dedic for the defense are great players!

As a midfielder you should go for Rodrigo bentantancur of spurs he’s played for juve and was very good at the World Cup and is in a good price range
With signing Gundogan you’d get a few good seasons out of him and you could potentially Loan out Miller I think he’s a good young player and pops up with some important goals but whether he’s ready for the Prem remains to be seen, another Good option but slightly more Pricey is an international teammate of Bernardo’s João Palinha he’s more Defensive minded so would Complement Bernardo’s attacking play and he’s a few years younger so still has time to develop in his overall if you put him on a development plan. I also think you should look into a back up Goalkeeper as Tickles going to be playing a lot of games this season with conference league and other cup competitions so fatigue could be an issue I suggest you look into your youth academy and see if there’s any young talents to sign as a back up keeper with high potential and not to high on wages.
