No . Van Halen crushed em . Metallica we’re energetic but James was just shouting whole time . Dokken was horribly mixed . Kingdoms come no one came that early for them . Scorps rocked but Van Halen came out and won 🥇
Mattias was FIRE back during 78' to 80', and has never been bad just boring at times because he is a technical guitar player. Compare that to Uli who I'm sorry to say lost it back when he left the Scorpions, his blue and gold sky guitar is pretty cool though.
I really love this song. Especially the duet of lead guitars: a melodic solo by Schenker and a detailed improvisation by Jabs. It just makes me a crazy fan.
I thought they'd hit the pinnacle with Love At First Sting - and then they release Savage Amusement (still have the vinyl)...and they did it again. Awesome track.
@@jarredwalker9919 well, he's not very creative as a guitar player, he always wanted to make the band bigger in detriment of their musical quality (Uli years are there to prove this), he's just not very talented as a musician. One can tell he relies heavily on his bandmates
Such an awesome track and album. Savage Amusement is my favorite Scorpions album. I miss Herman Rarebell on drums, you can just feel the power behinds the drums in this video. The Scorpions should have accepted his offer to come back after they got rid of James Kottak.
