Lando and Carlos are like big and younger brothers, the older brother teach him well how to be a cool kid but know the younger brother is going to live with his crazy cousin Riccardo. Next season is going to be epic.
We haven't had a duo like these two in quite some time. What a credit to Zak Brown for not only getting two drivers with such chemistry but then letting it flourish. McLaren won my heart over with Lando, Carlos and Zak.

Lando couldn't have had a better team mate to learn from, these guys have such a brotherly relationship and it's been beautiful to watch them revel in each others success. Like to kids getting to live their dreams together 😭💛

In my opinion, it is possible to have a relationship of respect and honest, even if they are pilots in competition. In increasingly scarce times of friendship, empathy and good feelings, a great lesson is made of these two promising young pilots. I have followed F1 since the very first world championship in 1950 when Dad took me as a small child to Silverstone. There have been other great partnerships - for example, Senna and Berger, Hawthorn and Collins, but I don't remember one quite like this before. Their competitiveness, their decision to work together, their complete lack of ego has made it possible for a team, which definitely didn't have the third fastest car on the grid, to end up third. And as for the fun that has kept us laughing in this horrible Covid year.... thanks for the memories Lando and Carlos.

honestly hard to let this season go such good pairings of teammates, exciting races even though we’ve had a hard time with coronavirus this season has to be one of the best at least i will never forget this season even though it has been hard for a lot of people. These guys are the best team mates ever, they are both fast, they respect and care for each other, they do not fight between them and get along quite well, that is so refreshing to see, it is almost incredible. Other teams only dream of these relationship. Ferrari, after Kimi left (he and Seb had a nice relationship) Leclerc changed everything for Vettel and performed worse and worse, to the point of being and way down with points and qualifying. Red Bull, also, Max does not care a bit about Alex Albon, to the point of intimidating him. Renault, Ocon and Riciardo do not get along very well, actually Ocon only is friends with Gasly the other frenchman. Haas, there were always fights between Magnusen and Grosjean. Mercedes is all Hamilton, he is only happy when he has a team mate that is slower than him, when he was with McLaren Alonso and then Button suffered a lot with his attitude. Then came Rosberg which was as fast as him, to the point of winning the championship in 2016, and Ham was really angry and mad about it since everyone knows he is a sore loser. Bottas is very clear that his position in the team is second to Hamilton. Racing Point there is friction between Perez and Stroll, they just share enough between them, no fraternity, no friendship. Williams Russell and Latifi have no problems between them since Russell is obviously faster and Latifi is just learning the ropes, but their car is so slow it is hard to even dream about points. So to see these two cheer each other and have a ball it is so nice, so fresh they seem like brothers, and reminds me of the time when Mika Hakkinen and JJ Letho were at Lotus, they both were nice to each other.

For me this is a mix of tears happiness tears for their friendship and what they did for McLaren and sadness because Carlos is leaving
