    🏅What a gifted individual🏅. I can now see how much time I wasted reading biochem the way I did before viewing it. Sincere advice is appreciated if someone is just beginning to prepare or even if they have read and are having trouble with the biochemistry. Watch the RR part 13-14 hours alone. They will support you for your clinical approach as well as until the exam. Believe me you will surprise. And special thanks to Dr. Shanmuga priya ma’am for making Biochemistry as a Conceptual biochemistry and clinical biochemistry. நெஞ்சார்ந்த நன்றிகள் 😊

    Mam vit d increasw calcium in blood by acting on kidnwy bone intestine so it demineralise the bone to increase calcium pTH to demineralise the bone and increase calcium ..demineralisation done through osterclast ... but to activate osteoclast it need rank ligand of osteoblast activity.. so if both are active how it only specifically demineralise and will there be high alkaline phospatase in those condition.. also mam vit d good for bone but above said it demineralize to increase blood calcium... also mam less pth no demineralisation so how can it cause adynamic bone disease

    • @shubhmangal2848
      @shubhmangal2848 Před rokem +1

      > vit d increase calcium by Absortion and preventing loss NOT by bone Osteoclast activity
      That's why vitd supplements for bone strength
      > ALP is marker of bone formation = osteoBlastic activity
      Less pth means No Osteoclastic activity = NO BONE REMODELLING =adynamic bone disease

    • @biochemistrydr.c.shanmugap5148
      @biochemistrydr.c.shanmugap5148 Před rokem +1

      Vitamin D is a mineralising hormone of the bone and it stimulates osteoblasts directly and osteoblast activation is indirectly linked to osteoclast activation by RANK ligand expression and hence osteoclasts are activated indirectly

    • @biochemistrydr.c.shanmugap5148
      @biochemistrydr.c.shanmugap5148 Před rokem +1

      PTH is not a purely demineralising hormone of the bone. It helps in bone remodeling and hence it stimulates both osteoblasts and osteoclasts. In its absence bone turn over is suppressed and hence adynamic bone disease

    • @tomcruise9317
      @tomcruise9317 Před rokem

      @@biochemistrydr.c.shanmugap5148 mam sorry to disturb but if osteoclast are activated then how come it will support miniralisation (osteoclast ore bone cutting ) then what is the whole point in giving vit d ...or is this correct = for good bone developement we need both blast and clast activity l

    • @biochemistrydr.c.shanmugap5148
      @biochemistrydr.c.shanmugap5148 Před rokem +2

      Not a disturbance at all!
      More than happy to help.
      In homeostasis it's all about maintaining a balance.
      Whenever bone is formed it has to be remodeled. As bone is formed the weight bearing regions get altered and so though vitamin D stimulates osteoblasts directly and predominantly, it also stimulates osteoclasts indirectly

    Hello mam... You teach so well..!!! There is absolutely no doubt abt it.. With all due respect, just putting forward the opinion, this session doesn't seem to be highyeilding at all.. The topics you are choosing for this session are just demotivating.... I am spending my time one month before the exam towards something, it should be worth.. Please consider... It's a humble request... Please do not feel offended.... You are our mentor.. I duly respect you and your methodology of dealing
