Wonderful location guys, very atmospheric and yet another abandoned building that is just screaming for someone to buy it and turn it into the wonderful home it should be. The investigation was great as usual, in depth and really thorough. Some odd noises too. The filming, sound and editing (I know I say it every week but its true), are absolutely top notch. Thank you so much guys for sparing the time to continually get out there for us and film. Appreciate you very much xx PS. Really enjoyed this video, guys! So atmospheric! I did a bit of research and this house is originally 18th century - so the 1700s - and it is going to be converted into 3 flats with new build housing going up around it... so many of these buildings have been lost over the years, so I guess it's good that it will still be standing, and giving people a lovely place to call home. I hope the spirits still there enjoy having new residents.

Me and hub were buying a house in 1998 and we viewed one that looked so much like this. The dark panelled walls, the Georgian windows, the big staircase. We were going to put an offer in but the night before, both me and hub had the same dream. We were in the house in the dream and my dad was there (who had passed away 5 years earlier) and he was telling us not to buy as there were demons in there. That dream was so real for both of us. So much so, we never put the offer in.
Also guys the correct term actually is “off your own BAT” and comes from cricket terminology. So Mark you were right hahah 😂

I love this place! The last I heard it was going to be turned into apartments? Let's hope! Some odd noises, but it would seem it's just the bits of the building falling apart? I dunno. Great atmosphere in there, great sense of history. Thanks again for your groovy company. xxxx

Lovely building which really needs to be restored and put back into use. Was waiting for Mark to go off on one explaining the art of glazing when he was explaining where you two hail from 🙂 Missing cameo appearances by the shopping bag but I do realise you might have gone for something a little more upmarket 🙂 Some interesting things/noises happening but can you 100% say they are paranormal ? There is also the interesting phenomenon of you hearing things and yet the cameras don't capture the sound .. I have seen the mad chaps at Ghost Theory struggling with that problem. As for the GhostTube .. when did spirits from the 19th century learn to manipulate the nano scale integrated circuits in your mobile phone ? Anyway on to the next one ....

To everyone who was gifted a membership to Ghosts on Trent but don't know who it was - they were all gifted by a member called TuppyBash. A very generous person who blew our minds on the night of the premiere with her kindness.
That was quite difficult. There were sounds but apart from what could be the plaster falling on to the floor , the rest were made by you.
I think a bat detector could be useful in places like that but they seem to be a bit pricey.

how could that noise be a bat? bats have echo location - they don't fly into things and they don't tend to land on anything but the celling and they are about as heavy as a mouse!
