Should you do front and rear at the same time or is it ok to do the front and the rear later or visa versa???

Great question! Ideally, you want to upgrade front and rear so that the spring rates and overall performance match. If you can't do both at the same time, it is okay and it won't be the end of the world but, be mindful of any unexpected suspension feedback when you're out riding and you will be okay. If you had to start somewhere, the front would be it, as that's what takes the initial impact on the trail and when you brake, the front is what fights the dive under braking and the same when steering or turning in.
