My partner invited me to Canada with visitor visa I came here 5 months ago and we know each other almost two months before I came so it’s 7 months, now we want to do the conjugal partner or common law, which one we should do ? And is it risky if we apply with only 7 months of relationship ? We don’t have another solution, we’re serious and we have letters photos and shared bank account

Jay R I can’t say po kung ano yung enough kasi it’s really depends po sa visa officer na mag rereview ng mga papers nyo. Nung ako po kasi yung nag pasa nga papers, sinali ko po lahat ng possible proof na pwede kong makuha sa application ko, di man po yung main requirements, supporting na din po un sa documenta na hawak nyo.

Kapag magkasama na kayo under 1 roof, common law na ilalagay mo, but you need to show them yung proof na magkasama nga kayo like if nagrerent kayo, need ang rental agreement under sa name nyo or id with the same address

I’m not sure about the refusal but you can reapply anyways, but make sure you have all the basic requirements that they need. Photos, letters and messages are not enough to prove that you’re on a marriage-like relationship. You need to gather stronger proof.

Yung conjugal, para yun sa may mga valid reason why you and your partner can’t be together/live together.

Hello po madam, nag submit po Kami ng fiance ko ng application for conjugal partner sponsorship noong October and then naka receive po Kami ng email galing sa immigration, for my biometric enrollment sa VFS at medical instruction letter noong January, my biometric fingerprint done, my st. lukes medical done, Pero hanggang ngayon po wala paring resulta dahil sa covid19.
