LED Strip along the edge of the fender would look amazing.

Go on eBay and search eagle eye and Hawk eye led...also search 15w led drl...these lights are super bright and are for 12v but they still work on 6v...come in red amber blue green white...can be used as assecory tail lights, brake lights, turn signals or driving lights...you can also purchase these leds on alliexpress

I see... have you tried them out on 6v yet? in the past I've had certain LEDs blink a bunch

I use 1930 Ford taillights for my cafe Pacers. I think they match the headlight styling better and give a more classic look.

I like your idea for the led strip taillight. I would mount it on the back of the seat frame. I also think that one teardrop taillight with one of those old-skool blue dots on one side would look very unique as an accent brake/taillight as well. One functional & the other unique and decorative if you will. I like what you guys are doing, keep it up fellas.

Please show how you do the wiring for both front and rear lights in next video

Can a bad taillight on a Tomos moped cause the engine to lose spark? My bike ran fine till a few days ago. I have checked over everything and there isn't any broken wires. The cdi/stator and spark plug are fine...I went over the whole bike and the only thing I see wrong is a bad taillight bulb...There is no switches other than the kill switch and a button for the horn. The lights and horn function only when the bike is kicked over or running. Kind of hate this bike at the moment. The whole thing was re-wired by the previous owner. So that's been fun since there is no real wire diagram. Well anyway any help would be appreciated! Going to get a new bulb though and see how that goes...

With some Italian Moped’s and probably some of the older TOMOS Mopeds, there was a “safety system” where if the brake light went out, the bike would die (as no one can see if your braking, saving you from death). This became more of an inconvenience than anything so everybody stoped doing it. I would fix the bulb to rule this out, but you probably have another issue. What year is your bike?

+Moped Problems 2010 Sprint. I ordered a new bulb going to see what that does. But it's driving me nuts lol! Thanks for the help! I am really hoping it isn't a stator/cdi issue. By the way I am really confused...this 2010 Sprint kick starts but has a flywheel with a gear on it?? And the only cdi ignition kit I can find that matches it from treats says it's for electric start models and SOME new model Sprints. Thanks for the input!

+Moped Problems Got spark back for a moment or so today then it went out again. I noticed my plug wire is stiff and HARD as a rock (not flexible at all and is 8+ years old). Also I removed the plug head from the wire to check that out. Only to find that the screw was barely touching any wire within the plug wire itself. I think I'm going to get a new cdi or new plug wire/boot and see how that goes. But I almost think with how old the cdi/plug wire is that I might as well replace them entirely.

It's a customer's bike, but he may want to part with it. Should I ask him if he is willing to part with it?

You could put a pair of LEDs in those pod lights. But, I think the "brat-tracker" taillight on Treats would go great on this bike. www.treatland.tv/brat-tracker-tail-light-w-license-mount-big-eye-p/tail-light-w-brkt-lrg-820-0408.htm

I have installed this light before m, it needs to be very high up on the fender for the light to be at the correct angle. For example, it would need to be directly under the seat on this bike, but I have the fender mount in the way. The other problem is I can’t find a 6 V bulb that fits in this light, same problem I had with the other two lights in the video.

Hi, i have a Tomos Sprint Sport. When I try to change gear the second does not enter and it returns to the first gear. What could it be? Thank you and sorry for my English, im Italian ;)

Sounds like your clutch shoes are worn out. They can be replaced or some prefer to re-line them with new cork or leather.
