This Surah is incredible. Allah is the greatest!!!. I suffered from depression the last 5 years and one of the prevention for depression is getting some vitamin D, which actually is produced by our skin from exposure to morning sunlight. Which is a gentle sun and it increase vitamin D which helps to improve your mood and prevent depression according to numerous scientific researches. Quran is truly a miracle and cure for everything. May Allah increase us in knowledge of Islam and the Quran. Ameen

Um Jamiil visited the Prophet and told him his Shaytaan has been cut off from him! 9. Prophet was a human being - it was very hard. It impacted him deeply. 10. Prophet shouted ALLAHU AKBAR on receiving Ad Duha 11. Allah speaks in bunches 12. Duha = early, gentle. Kind, soft morning sun 13. Leyly = overwhelming darkness, night time, 14. Saja = settle, calm, powerful time, time of prayer, 15. Allah being psychological 16. After 10 minutes of garbage 17. Talking about the 2nd Ayah (the oath), Shaykh Yasir Fahmy got mixed up with Ayah 3?) - YA MUHAMMAD, I NEVER ABANDONED/LEFT YOU NOR WAS I ANGRY WITH YOU 18. So, Allah was testing Muhammad? 19. Know for a fact that what comes next is better for you than what now is! 20.
