That’s why the orange might have something to do with the shade you got they had mutual cool all those different shade rangers are undertones that should say so maybe it’s just the color and undertone you got? But as far as the other stuff, yeah I get it. I just bought this myself, but haven’t tried it out yet but my color match pretty good which I was worried about.! lol

24N But if you are prone to oxidation get 1 shade lighter. It oxidized on me so I think I would get 21N :)
