It’s a button he presses during the live stream so it appears as if people are laughing at what he just said or what just happened. It’s a fake laugh.
It was some people Boxy met on SOT a couple years ago and he really liked their laughs so he uses the soundbite as a laugh track for himself lol
You see I far rather see this type of content(teaching new players) than seeing people sink alliance servers.
